This hotel was ideal for us: quiet location, but with easy access of the autobahn. Park just across the road with a lot of greenery. Short walk to the Kunst Palast. Near U-Bahn and Straenbahn stations, one stop away from the Altstadt. Restaurants nearby. Underground car park. Friendly staff. Excellent!

Breakfast is good
This was very bad for a hotel of the level they position themselves. Poor communication and interaction within the hotel and people 1) Check-in took almost 1 hour. 2) It was important for us to receive an invoice since we were on a business trip: I wrote about this in advance both by email and inside Booking. When we arrived nothing was ready, for some reason it turned out to be really difficult for them. We talked about this for a long time, after which the woman wrote down the information on a sticker (there is no online system for this, which was already clear from the fact that no one took into account my first email and booking message, although there was a response to them) and promised that the next morning everything will be ready. But the next morning nothing was ready, and also the other workers were not aware. And again it took a lot of time explaining everything. It should have been ready in the evening. But: even in the evening it was not prepared correctly haha. And again stickers between workers to each other. In total, it took us about 2 hours in total - all this talk about what was printed in other hotels without problems when we arrived. 3) We booked 2 days with different reservations and stayed in the same room. We also warned us at check-in and in advance through the Booking system that both of our bookings were ours As a result, we were disturbed with the question of when we were checking out after the first day, again when we returned to the hotel we had to have a conversation with the reception, look for the email with the reservation, then they looked in their system, could not find anything. If it's such a bad system that it gives you problems and takes up so much time: perhaps it would be good to change it? Since none of the 4 people could use it correctly. In total, we spent about 3 hours communicating with employees and queuing at the reception.

The location and facilities were really good. The city center and shopping area were also close by. The staff was amicable and supportive.
The shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly. there were some stains in between the tiles
