I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Great location overlooking the park. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely breakfast and design of the hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I live this hotel, staff to room. I wish can stay longer but sadly it was just a day. I never feel so at home with the staff and the room was soooo good.

Disappointing
The room was nice and big, with a really comfortable bed and clean interior. The staff all knew English and were very friendly.
There's quick access to a tram around the corner, and an area for taxis to park when they come to pick you up.
Our first night there the AC was broken throughout the hotel during the heatwave. This made it impossible to sleep, as not only was the heat keeping us up, but since we had the window open several ambulance sirens rang out throughout the night, and the clatter of the tram by the hotel was extremely loud. We only got 2 hours of sleep and felt horrible the day after. Considering I was here for a networking event, it was really bad.
Luckily they fixed the AC the next day, but it was awful until they did.
The app that you get access to upon connecting to the WiFi was not working either. My partner forgot his toothbrush, and we sent a request through the app to get a dental kit delivered since it was late and we were exhausted. Since it said this service was available 24 hours, we stayed up to see if we would get a reply. Nothing.
The next day we had to go downstairs to request one from the counter, but they had to ask a different staff member to deliver it to our room later in the day rather than just handing it straight to us, which was unfortunate since we were running late so we just had to share a toothbrush....
The mini fridge was also filled with the mini bar items you had to pay for, so we were unable to use it to store any food or drinks that we brought, which was also a bummer and our food went bad in the heat.
It was just an overall really underwhelming experience.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was across from a big park, in close walking distance to everything we wanted to do, had a restaurant with great food and ambiance, the room was so nice and the bathroom was excellent. In the bathroom, there was plenty of counter space, they had nice products, the shower was spacious and had nice water pressure and the finishes were very nice. In the bedroom, the bed was very comfy, they had complimentary water in the fridge, the A/C worked well and there was a space to open your luggage that out of the way. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and so lovely to have such a nice restaurant in the hotel to relax and enjoy an excellent meal outside on a beautiful day!

Modern and luxury hotel just outside downtown. The room was very large and very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Helpful staff. A very large and very good breakfast. We had a beautiful view from our 8th floor room.
Parking was very expensive at 35€ per day. Room rate was a bit too expensive in my opinion even if it is a beautiful and luxury hotel.

The room was clean. Wellness is a huge factor. There also clean with pleating towels for all patrons

The room was big and had a nice view over the main road in front of the hotel and the park next to the hotel. Comforable with good bathroom and coffee facility. Convenient location for us.
A bit of noise from the trams riding along the main road. Quality of German train system and in this case tram system is sometimes unexpectedly disappointing.

The location was great for us as we were on bicycles. They were very helpful to provide secure bicycle storage. The breakfast was a good buffet.
Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The restaurant reception for dinner was not friendly. The waitress was in training, did her best but still had a lot to learn. The bartender/ waiter who initially greeted us was her trainer and did not seem to follow up well with her. We had to wait long period of time to get our food or an extra request.
