What i expected from a hotel was there. room was clean, with good view and windows that actually opens
No bin in the toilet, the room bin was was not plastic baged. The worst experience was the housekeeping nocking and entering my room at 9am give or take on Saturday and Sunday.

Location next to the park and two separate tram lines was great
Room was very hot even in April and air conditioning didn't work at all, even after the engineer supposedly had a look

The staff on check in time was really nice. He gave us the options of late check out, for fair price.
Room was amazing, building has sauna and fitness centre within. There is nice park directly with nice playgrounds.
Location from city like 15 min walks.
