Great Hotel. The location is perfect, near a really big park that connects you to the city center in less than a 10 min walk. We were there for the Christmas Market and it was so easy to get there, and still be away from the mess when going back to the Hotel. It's also close to two different metro stops. The staff was kind and attentive. The location is pet friendly, which is a huge plus for us. My dog had a great time too.

The room was big and had a nice view over the main road in front of the hotel and the park next to the hotel. Comforable with good bathroom and coffee facility. Convenient location for us.
A bit of noise from the trams riding along the main road. Quality of German train system and in this case tram system is sometimes unexpectedly disappointing.

Location is very close to old town, garden and public transport tram and bus , good breakfast and close by big varaity of restaurant including Halal food
Only two point which
1- car parking bit expensive, I was expecting at least special rate for hotel residents
2- AC is very noisy and required attention
