Very nice staff, they were really helpful and the location is great. Breakfast was also nice at the 11th floor. Also one of the beter hotel gyms we’ve been ti.
The room had airflow but was still too hot for us. Especially after showering as the warm air stayed in the room. With 30+ weather not ideal. The staff helped and provided a fan which helped.

Location and room quality ideal
Staff service on arrival at hotel, waited 10-15 minutes while staff got increasingly frustrated and swore at computer whilst not acknowledging we were standing in front of the front desk. Other member of staff got a coffee (at front desk) and walked into back room before without acknowledging us waiting before later returning to assist. This entire issue could’ve been rectified simply by acknowledging waiting patrons and letting them know you’ll be with them in a minute rather than completely ignoring customers.

The hotel is located in the Japanese district, which is very convenient for us
Unfortunately our room wasn’t properly cleaned when checked in. But the staff was kind and helpful.

The location, staff and cleanliness were all impeccable. The bed was very big and comfy. The shower was nice and spacious as well. Overall, the room looked very good.
Honestly the value for money is my biggest issue. The hotel is very nice and offers a lot of comfort but it is way overpriced. I was expecting a lot more. If money is not an issue for you, you'll enjoy your stay, but if you're someone who is more careful about their spending and wanted to treat yourself, you'll leave disappointed. It's not that much better than other hotels which are half price or even cheaper. There's no kettle, coffee maker or nice toiletries either.
