The location is so good. Very central and in the middle of little tokyo. Staff were nice
Lots of stuff were missing, which is expected for a 4star hotel. No slippers or toothpaste. There is no phones in the rooms and so whatever you need you have to go to the lobby. No mini fridge. Rooms are very small, and even though we were supposed to get a king bed, it was 2 singles attached, and so at last they offered another room but this process took lots of our time

Very good breakfast, clean room, good sound insulation. The bed was good as well. Pleasant shower. Location is good, but parking garage under hotel is quite small. Price/quality is ok.
Room is relatively sober, but that is in line with the style of the hotel. Rooms are a tad expensive. It would be nice if parking would be more reasonably priced for hotel guests (30 EUR per day).

Location is in the middle of Little Tokyo, perfect for eating ramen (or other Japanese food) and Asian grocery shopping. The beds are very comfy. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of different types of food and yummy breads.

Stuff wanted to help, but organization is very very poor.
I had to call seven times in 3 days to check some basic things regarding our reservation. I had to wait minimum 2 days to get the answer via email about dinner reservation. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, so we could not organize dinner for 10 peole, not to mantion that they did not respond on the phone call. Service was very bad.

Good location for work (walking distance to train station). Good sized room, especially bathroom. Like the separation of shower from toilet.
Requested king bed and got twin for the first night. Staff was kind enough to change my room to king bed the next day though.
Bathroom is big esp with walk in shower, but it is on the window side (unlike most hotels) and privacy is a key issue. You have to bring the curtain around the shower screen to have full privacy from the outside.
Curtain is not black out.
Overhead heater in the bathroom not working and desk lamp has exposed wires.
