The only good feature of this hotel is the good breakfast on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city and the proximity of the hotel to the best street in Dusseldorf.
We paid 1000 euros for only 4 days and when I went to the room I was shocked, it was very small, dark and suffocating with windows with a bad view. When I went to the bathroom, I didn't have shampoo and only soap, I didn't have a sleeper, and of course I didn't have a big towel to cover my whole body!! When I wanted to call the lobby, I realized that my room did not have a phone at all, and worst of all, I saw that it did not have a refrigerator or an electric kettle!!!!

Staff are amazingly helpful and supportive, there was specifically one male receptionist who takes the night shift and he was superb helpful and friendly and helped my mum as well!
The rooms are a bit dull and the property feels too expensive for the vibe it gives

Good location near all nice Japanese places. Nice design, beautiful and practical. Some cool things like a sliding door to blackout the room. The breakfast is also very good and with a nice view!

Excellent location for the 'Little Tokyo' experience. Some playful references to Japan in the decorations. Having a few bottles of free water was a nice touch, too.
It was missing some essentials, like a tea and coffee maker. As many others have pointed out - AC controls are confusing (though the actual AC worked very well and was noiseless), having just one blanket for two people isn't a great choice.
