The location was great. The japanese theme was fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The parking was very expensive for just two nights. The parking automat charged us 60 euros. There was no fridge which i would’ve loved to use for my breast feeding bottles.

Disappointing
The restaurant is quite good and the staff there are very friendly,beds are comfortable, shower is good.
Another hotel that has decided that sustainability means taking all control of the air conditioning away from you. So I was in an oppressively warm and stuffy room until night when it was cool enough to open the window. I did tell reception but yes, technical department had gone home and they decide how hot everyone is in their room so they set airflow and temp Okay, if you want to do this for sustainability or cost explain on the room description, make it clear before someone stays, because I hardly slept and that’s the whole point right? Lift not working closest to my room. Toilet cistern fill seems to be electronic or delayed, the water/cistern doesn’t fill immediately, then a little later it does and it is only second in its violence to Niagara. Why hide the light switches to the shower area? Batteries didn’t work in the tv remote, could occasionally change channels. I was going to complain again air conditioning away at check out when they asked me how I enjoyed my stay. But they didn’t ask me how I enjoyed my stay so I decided not to. I’ve stayed here many times before and it was good, what happened?
