Very good value for price
W/o the repeatedly requested kind help of other guests, I would have never made it to my room! Hardly any explanation in writing available. Comfortable automated check in is certainly the opposite of what I found there!

The price was low.
It was stated that online check-in was available after 12 PM, but it wasn’t provided. Even by 3 PM, the room was not ready. The room was dusty, surfaces were dirty, there were someone else’s hairs on the bed, and a towel was lying on the bathroom floor. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Trains passing right outside the window made it hard to rest. Wi-Fi speed was around 20 Mbps, which may not be enough for some tasks, and no streaming services were available.

Very quite environment, and close to bus and tram stations, and the price even cheaper than some hostels, recommend to everyone traveling to Düsseldorf!

Nothing, every thing is so so bad in this hotel
Every thing about this hotel is bad ,
The room was very tiny for a couple, it’s a grave
The bed and specially the pillow was so bad and so cheap , I can’t sleep due to this stupid pillow and the whole bed .
Inside the room was so hot , and I can’t open the window because the noise from outside.
I will never ever come back again , I prefer to sleep in my car than this place . 0 out 10
