The check-in, there seemed to be a bug in the process. Because of it we did not receive an entrance code. In the end it took us almost an hour to check in.

I usually stay in this hotel when i have buisness trips in dusseldorf as its location and parking lot are good and convinient for me.
I had to change 3 rooms 1st room only had cold water in the shower 2nd room was not clean after spending a night in bed i had multiple bug bites on my hands and legs 3rd room same as 2nd room bug bites increased i checked out the following day
