Comfortable stay, i even orderd a baby Be and i found ready in the room.
After i checked out and driven 20 km away, i foundout that i forgot my ear pods, i turned back to the hotel and the Employees were Helpful and i found my ear pods in my room.
The size of th room, although this is the average size in Europe

Very good value for money
Location is a bit far from the city center and the industrial area (for business travelers).
Clean room. New renovated bathroom.
The restaurants (breakfast and evening) on the place looks nice, but I didn't try them.
- the self check-in is annoying and not clear.
There is also a touch screen in the entrance. But it's not supporting English very well.
-Slow internet.
- Location is a bit far from the city center and the industrial area (for business travelers).

Basic room, but enough for when you don't need much. Good room for the price. The shower has good power. Bus/tramstop and Aldi/Rewe supermarket nearby. Quick response on WhatsApp. Phone key worked perfectly.
It's very warm in the room, while the heater is off. I needed to keep the window open almost the whole time I was in the room, but then there were a lot of car noises from the busy road. The first Whatsapp message about check-in was only in German, would be more friendly if it was also in English.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean; even though check-in time is 3:00 PM, you can check in for free starting at 11:00 AM and get a key if a clean room is available. The online check-in was convenient. The key card didn’t work, but I contacted them via WhatsApp using the emergency phone number, and the issue was resolved immediately. You can use a contactless key on your phone via the link they sent. I thought this was handled very well. The café downstairs offers an affordable breakfast for hotel guests, and the staff are very attentive—I definitely recommend it.
At the very least, a pair of cloth slippers could be provided.
