Pleasant
The check-in process was quick and convenient, everything is automated, and getting the access code through WhatsApp made things really simple. It’s also well located, especially if you’re just passing through and need a place for a short stay.
The place feels quite old and not very well maintained. The carpets and linens could definitely use some renewal, and overall cleanliness could be improved.

Room was ok. Hotel is 3 stops on U Bahn from central station. Petrol station close by for shop
Check in process is terrible, very frustrating, takes a long time and is not clear. I wasn't even aware I had completed it because the information is limited. I would not have been surprised if I was locked out of my room half way through the stay as system is terrible. No staff on site to help.. be warned!! For example, access to hotel was open to the public because the key pad which would keep non-guests out was broken. No alternative was created, the door was just left unlocked 24 hrs a day

Automated self check in was a nightmare for checking in for our 8 rooms. No answer on any of the phone numbers listed for assistance. Would not recommend and will not bring any other groups.

Very quite environment, and close to bus and tram stations, and the price even cheaper than some hostels, recommend to everyone traveling to Düsseldorf!

Nothing, every thing is so so bad in this hotel
Every thing about this hotel is bad , The room was very tiny for a couple, it’s a grave The bed and specially the pillow was so bad and so cheap , I can’t sleep due to this stupid pillow and the whole bed . Inside the room was so hot , and I can’t open the window because the noise from outside. I will never ever come back again , I prefer to sleep in my car than this place . 0 out 10

It was clean and the location had an easy connection to the center via tram.
This place is much like the McD restaurant chain: you’ll eat there when you need to but wouldn’t want to do it more than two days in a row.
