Facilities were fine, nice and clean.
Check in was a headache that didn’t go well. 2 other guests arriving at the same time also had problems so the system is not good, and there is no one to talk to for help.

The room is clean and comfortable. The tram and bus stop are just 350m away. You can prebook breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor, but you’ll have to choose one meal from three set options, each served with a coffee and a juice. If you prefer, you can also eat at the restaurant and order from the regular menu, paying the usual restaurant prices.
Although the digital key worked for me without any issue, I wanted to have a physical key card too just incase my phone runs out of battery. But creating the key card using the machine at the entrance didn't work for me. The room window is soundproof which is great as the noise from the street was insulated, but the room door is not soundproof, therefore when people walk/talk in the corriddor can be clearly heard. Apart from that everything was good.

Exceptional white and clean beds, a warm room, comfortable and spacious shower, good signal wifi, free parking, easy digital access to the hotel
No a/c (not for hot summer), a bit far from the center (but close to the public transportation), only one cafe and restaurant at the same building),, small room (not for a long stay), no fridge or kettle, no closets for your clothes, only several hooks with hangers

Transportation to the city center and the airport is very convenient; there is no need to take a taxi. The internet was quite fast, and the room and bathroom were clean.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillow was very thin, so I couldn’t sleep comfortably. The radiator is located right at the end of the bed where you rest your head, and when it is set to a high level, it operates loudly enough to keep you awake. In addition, the door of the room across the hall was probably opened and closed about 20 times throughout the night. Because the sound insulation is poor, I woke up frequently due to the noise from the door. In the morning, I saw two female police officers who asked me whether I had seen a dark-haired woman. The room had an unpleasant odor, the sewer smelled terrible, and the space was cramped. Parking was free, but it was difficult to use the restaurant downstairs after dusk.

The staff (the only person around) was a kind and helpful person.
We arrived at evening and spent around two hours to just checkin as their self checkin was not working and the person on WhatsApp could not offer a solution!
