Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel after check-out was extremely disappointing. Only a few hours after leaving the hotel, I realized that I had accidentally left my AirPods in the room. Using the location feature, I could clearly see that the AirPods were still inside the hotel, so I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them. While waiting for a response, I continued checking the location and noticed that the AirPods had been moved from the hotel to another address. The following day, the location showed them back at the hotel again. I informed the hotel about these updates as well. Despite providing this information and contacting them shortly after check-out, I received a response only seven days later stating that the AirPods were not found. Considering that the location clearly showed they were inside the hotel shortly after I left, and that the location later showed them moving and returning to the hotel, this situation is very concerning. I expected a much faster response and a more serious effort to investigate what happened. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression and raises serious doubts about how lost items are treated.

Check in was a headache that didn’t go well. 2 other guests arriving at the same time also had problems so the system is not good, and there is no one to talk to for help.

The room is clean and comfortable. The tram and bus stop are just 350m away. You can prebook breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor, but you’ll have to choose one meal from three set options, each served with a coffee and a juice. If you prefer, you can also eat at the restaurant and order from the regular menu, paying the usual restaurant prices.
Although the digital key worked for me without any issue, I wanted to have a physical key card too just incase my phone runs out of battery. But creating the key card using the machine at the entrance didn't work for me. The room window is soundproof which is great as the noise from the street was insulated, but the room door is not soundproof, therefore when people walk/talk in the corriddor can be clearly heard. Apart from that everything was good.

I liked how easy it was to get in and the room itself was really chill.
The noise was terrible, a lot of banging which made my room sound like a cardboard box.
