Wonderful
Easy check in, clean, there is a tram 10 minutes walking
I was checking how it worked with the lockers but it was a mystery

Exceptional
Excellent value for money, good connection to the city, clean and cosy. I was there for the BSB concert when prices exploded. Could’t have gotten bettter value for that money.
For the people that are not into self-service, like elderly people, it might be a bit challenging to check in.

Good
Accessible, nice room size, near to Mitsubishi Hall (for concerts), somewhat nice location
Heavily dependent on AI and no human workers, and I had to wait five hours just to access my room. Also I was misinformed about getting into my room earlier
