Bed is not comfortable. Pillow is terrible. I received messages from weird numbers in my WhatsApp’s saying that they were from the hotel knowing my dates.

One-click check-in, convenient and fast.
The room had an unpleasant odor, the sewer smelled terrible, and the space was cramped. Parking was free, but it was difficult to use the restaurant downstairs after dusk.

The staff (the only person around) was a kind and helpful person.
We arrived at evening and spent around two hours to just checkin as their self checkin was not working and the person on WhatsApp could not offer a solution!

The check-in process was quick and convenient, everything is automated, and getting the access code through WhatsApp made things really simple. It’s also well located, especially if you’re just passing through and need a place for a short stay.
The place feels quite old and not very well maintained. The carpets and linens could definitely use some renewal, and overall cleanliness could be improved.

Room was ok. Hotel is 3 stops on U Bahn from central station. Petrol station close by for shop
Check in process is terrible, very frustrating, takes a long time and is not clear. I wasn't even aware I had completed it because the information is limited. I would not have been surprised if I was locked out of my room half way through the stay as system is terrible. No staff on site to help.. be warned!! For example, access to hotel was open to the public because the key pad which would keep non-guests out was broken. No alternative was created, the door was just left unlocked 24 hrs a day

Automated self check in was a nightmare for checking in for our 8 rooms. No answer on any of the phone numbers listed for assistance. Would not recommend and will not bring any other groups.
