The room has a toilet/shower, bed, desk, chair and window.
Sufficient for a short stay.
Quality of stay depends on your luck of the surrounding people. First night was quiet, second night with inconsiderate people talking aloud at 3am on the corridor.
Parking depends on the hour, if it is approaching dinner hour the car park is nearly impossible due to the restaurants downstairs. Otherwise plenty of spaces.
Check out time was 11am, staff opened my door at 10am because I didn't have the "do not disturb" sign outside.

I like the easy check-in and digital key. I like the location and the parking situation. I will definitely stay here again

This hotel is quite simple, nothing fancy, but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The rooms are basic but clean!
The best part is the location it’s super convenient if you’re attending a concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, since you can get there quickly and easily.
Overall, not a hotel for luxury or long stays, but definitely a good choice for convenience and practicality.

The room was very smelly. Drains blocked! Breakfast wasn't available. The glass door at the front of the hotel was broken, secured with tape.
