The staff (the only person around) was a kind and helpful person.
We arrived at evening and spent around two hours to just checkin as their self checkin was not working and the person on WhatsApp could not offer a solution!

Cleaniness and comfort
The pass code to open my room door was erratic so it was quite difficult to the open the door. Had to call for help and then I got another pass code to open the door. It was really quite troublesome.
