Nice hotel. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. We were not able to get cleaning services because she came around so early in the morning but we got clean towels every day.

The location was near the christmas market.
I liked the design of the room and the staff was friendly.
It was very hot in the hotel. There was no AC available. We opened a window but that didnt really work.

At first, the heater in our room was not working. A staff member immediately offered us another room, and they were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's location was fantastic; we could walk everywhere. The best thing about the hotel was definitely Ms. Lejla Hajrizi, she was so helpful in every way.
