Nice hotel. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. We were not able to get cleaning services because she came around so early in the morning but we got clean towels every day.

The location was near the christmas market. I liked the design of the room and the staff was friendly.
It was very hot in the hotel. There was no AC available. We opened a window but that didnt really work. (we stayed at the hotel in december)

The hotel's location was fantastic; we could walk everywhere. The best thing about the hotel was definitely Ms. Lejla Hajrizi, she was so helpful in every way.

Excellent location between Little Tokyo and Altstadt with easy access to the subway and the central train station. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
The air freshener in the hallways was a bit too pungent.

Perfect location, nice staff, quiet, dog welcomed.
A little bit in need of update like paint chipped around door frames, floors of low laminate qualifying the bedroom, a little bit of mold in the bathroom, all little things that gives a bit of a dated impression

Really comfy bed and good shower. The room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast as good, with lots of variety.
I wish there would be a restaurant or room service. I was travelling alone and all that the hotel had at night was chips and peanuts, but no harm.
