Great location at the airport and right next to the subway - taxis outside ready too - Great staff and very helpful - lovely and huge breakfast selection for everyone and a late night vending by machine for nibbles
No long life milk in the rooms

Close to airport, modern rooms
Mistakenly booked a room for 1 night Wed to Thursday while needed Thursday to Friday, so I arrived 1 day later. This happened due to calender in Booking starts week on Sunday. I asked to re-book or to speak with a manager or to give a discount. No manager was provided, no email feedback from hotel, fully charged once again, zero understanding from hotel I stayed as a loyal client multiple times (but no more)

Amazing location and logistics. Right in front of the train station and the airport, no loud noises, just great view from the window on landing planes. Staff is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very big, with several restaurants inside and terraces. Delicious breakfast with great variety of food offered. And coffee is just perfect! 10/10

Very Good
The location was great, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was amazing.
The room wasn’t particularly clean when I arrived, which gave me a poor first impression. Getting help at reception was also frustrating: the queues were long, and when I finally reached the desk, I was directed to another staff member and had to wait again.

Very Poor
I was in bed - when another guest entered the room (with a key and access to the same room). This to me shows that the hotel is lacking in processes and IT system and it is absolutely unacceptable that this happens. How the hotel manage the issue is another reason why I am so upset. For me - the hotel need to have a very clear process when a major concern like this happens. I managed to get an email after a few days with 25% discount. Its not the amount that is the issue - it is their ability to manage a customer complaint/issues.

Spacious room, with a comfy bed. Very good breakfast.
Some corners of the bathroom where a little moldy.

This hotel has my highest rating. First-class rooms and breakfast, amazing location (love being able to just walk out the door and be at the airport), great on-site restaurants, pool, sauna, workout room (which I didn't use, but took a peak, and the facilities are terrific), and a super modern, yet inviting, indoor village-like set-up. I enjoyed this stay immensely!
Nothing, it was fabulous. 10/10.

It was so comfortable and practical. An oasis during a hectic travel weekend the pool and gym were immaculate, and the restaurant choices perfect for anyone. The walk to the terminal was easy and the rooms were super restful. I ordered room service which was easy and prompt.
