Very disappointing stay. The listing is misleading because it advertises amenities that do not exist. There is no air conditioning and Wi-Fi is not working, despite both being listed.
The apartment has very poor ventilation, and opening the windows is not safe because they face the staircase, making it easy for someone to access the apartment. There were also garbage bags right outside the windows.
Only one stove burner worked, the kitchen faucet was broken and leaked water, and the shower also leaked.
Overall, the apartment was not as described, was poorly maintained, and I would not recommend staying here.

There’s NO AIRCONDITIONER
There’s NO Television
There’s no elevator to the apartment meaning you need to haul your luggage 24 steep steps to the apartment
There is a pub right next to the apartment and they dump their garbage on their terrace so you literally cannot open the windows due to the stink!
The sofa is unclean and has marks on it!

The property was very close to Dusseldorf HBF, the thing we disliked was that the unit didn't have any mirrors. We also hope the property installs digital locks for the easy entry and exit of guests

The location is great, close to the station and metro
The apartment is not well cared for. Lots of things are old, broken and/or moldy. Eventing is very, very basic. No ambiance or comfort. Would not recommend.

Nothing about this property was nice
Firstly the property is not what is advertised at all the location is poor due to homeless people hanging around which isn't safe when you have children.
We then went into the apartment and it wasn't what we booked it had no TV 1 bedroom for 5 people.
And then as we were leaving the cleaner decided to let herself into the apartment while we were still there,she was very rude by telling us to leave,she then contact the main reception who were also very rude.

Absolutely nothing. The Staff can not speak English.
The room is nothing like on the pictures. (false advertising). The building is old, the mattresses are old, TV is not connected with no remote. Rooms are 2 conected halls with no privacy. I do not recommend.

Needed a place just to sleep for a night. Was quiet and clean.

-THE best korean bbq with the most amazing staff directly in front of your door
