The property was very close to Dusseldorf HBF, the thing we disliked was that the unit didn't have any mirrors. We also hope the property installs digital locks for the easy entry and exit of guests

Location of apartment was super! The unit was clean however the property didn't have any mirrors. Hope you can install a digital lock instead as it is difficult for group travellers since we only had 1 set of keys

The location is great, close to the station and metro
The apartment is not well cared for. Lots of things are old, broken and/or moldy. Eventing is very, very basic. No ambiance or comfort. Would not recommend.

Nothing about this property was nice
Firstly the property is not what is advertised at all the location is poor due to homeless people hanging around which isn't safe when you have children. We then went into the apartment and it wasn't what we booked it had no TV 1 bedroom for 5 people. And then as we were leaving the cleaner decided to let herself into the apartment while we were still there,she was very rude by telling us to leave,she then contact the main reception who were also very rude. Please avoid DO NOT GO

Absolutely nothing. The Staff can not speak English. The room is nothing like on the pictures. (false advertising). The building is old, the mattresses are old, TV is not connected with no remote. Rooms are 2 conected halls with no privacy. I do not recommend.

Needed a place just to sleep for a night. Was quiet and clean.
Really no charm, but didn’t need it for our purpose. The couch was quite narrow for two small people.

-Central location (you could reach everything by foot or walk half a minute to the subway/bus/tran stop) -THE best korean bbq with the most amazing staff directly in front of your door -cheap
-dirty floors (would not recommend to walk without shoes on) -very dirty oven -mold on the shower floor

The apartment was in a good location, close to means of transport.
The apartment was dirty. The fridge’s door was broken and there was cheese inside from previous guests! The wifi wasn’t working! We informed the owner from the first day and nothing ever changed!

The location was really good
The apartment we stayed was so simple and feels empty, there are only the beds are highlighting the bedrooms. There is a lack of more furniture an decoration, We didn't feel good inside. The views from the widows was no good. Kitchen is okay. The bathroom was good but there was no any toilet paper and any shampoo or toothpaste. I think they can easily improve the interior..
