Rude staff! When you don’t speak German, they just don’t answer. Turkish or Arabic man at the bar: super rude to women.
At the special requests I told them it was my boyfriends birthday. I had to pay for extra services. (A normal and good hotel, would have congratulated us and arranged something small from the hotel) but no. They wanted a budget. I told them: Maximum 30 euros.
There was 1 garland with happy birthday and two hotel beers from €3,50. At check in, I asked if I needed to pay anything and they told me no. And at check out I still had to pay the €30 euros!!!! As one super rude staff member with a sassy voice told me: I had to pay for the time they had put in…
Never ever staying there again.
We visit multiple hotels over more than 8 times a year.
Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent, be on expectations. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent, i would definitely recommend. We wanted to go out to eat somewhere, but we’re too tired and we were so surprised and happy that we stayed because the food was incredibly delicious. Great presentation excellent service.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to use the sauna.
If you have no luggage, you can walk across the little forest to the airport. But if you have bags you do need to take a taxi that is about €15-€20 they concierge front desk person was very kind to offer to book that for us.
Overall, it was a great overnight to catch a flight the next morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a a night. Overall, it was an okay experience — nothing particularly bad, but also not very memorable.
The staff were polite and check-in was quick, which I appreciated. The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and a small fridge were provided, which met my needs for a short stay.
That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The room felt a bit dated, and some fixtures (like the showerhead and air conditioning) didn’t work as well as they should have.
The location was convenient for what I needed, it worked fine as a base for getting around, but I wouldn’t necessarily choose it for a longer or more comfortable stay.
In summary, it was a serviceable option for a short visit, but I’d probably explore other hotels in the area next time.

Taxi to or from the hotel costs EUR16. Hotel facilities are great value vor your money. Friendly staff, the bed with looking new and fresh linnen sleeps great. A good shower with free toiletries available.
This is not a complaint but please PAY ATTENTION: the room card should be inserted really deep (until you hear a click), otherwise there is no electricity in the bathroom and the hair dryer won't work. Being puzzled I inquired at the reception about the electricity in the bathroom and a lady took me to the room to show how to insert the card properly.

We had an early flight before breakfast started, so we were offered lunch boxes. These essentially contained "sandwiches" (white bread with either cheese or meat, but no butter), a piece of fruit, and a bottle of juice. Only the fruit was healthy or edible.
The bed was large but uncomfortable, both the mattress and pillows. We didn't sleep well.
