Nice spacious hotel with pleasant staff and great cleaning service. Room is spacious with a nice view. Cleaned daily and thoroughly. Gym is very good and wellness/sauna space is very nice. Breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of options and vegan, gluten free options. Parking lot outside of hotel is a convenient, but a pit pricey. U-bahn (metro) is 5 mins away from the hotel. Plenty of towels to use and all the hotel facilities are very clean.
Sauna was cold for me and had to be heated by pressing a button. This is not a fault, just a small inconvenience for me. There was no power outlet right next to the bed in my room, it was about 1.2m away and my cable was too short. In previous room, it was right next to the bed.

Nice clean hotel, with spacious rooms and lobby. The Sky bar is enjoyable and easy to access as a guest. The breakfast was very good with a few changing options. The gym was convenient and had everything needed for workout. Unfortunately, the sauna was closed during my visit. Parking was a bit messy and for me a bit expensive, but there's options to park on the street for less. The cleaning service, in rooms, was also very good, please send my thanks to them. The hotel is about 5 mins from tram that goes to the center (20 mins ride) otherwise it's a 1 hour walk.
Overall, very enjoyable stay, I would recommend it, especially for business in nearby companies.
The sauna was closed during my stay, but this happens.

Staff at check in were not friendly, the bathroom design is a disaster the wc was squeezed between 2 walls and it was not comfortable at all! Balcony had no chairs or tables so it was useless

Great location, quiet, really clean and the lobby smelled great!
The shower! Showers that don’t fully close (shower head kept swiveling away from the “door”) make such a mess, water ends up literally everywhere and it’s such a waste of towels to dry the floor/toilet/counter.. I know these types of shower are the norm now but I think they’re so inefficient and wasteful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations!
Convenient parking options, both covered and underground, made arrival stress-free. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. I can’t remember the name of the guy who checked us in, but he deserves a raise! Our rooms were originally on different floors, but he made sure to get us all on the same floor and hallway, which worked out perfectly. Next time we stay here (and we definitely will), I'm giving that guy a tip.
The hotel offers great amenities: a lovely breakfast hall, a sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center with locker rooms, so I could still get my workouts in while traveling. But the standout for all of us was the Sky Bar. ?
The view was breathtaking, the music vibe was on point ?????, and the drinks were mouthwatering. Two of my favorites were the Caramel Espresso Martini and the Moscow Mule, Whoever that bartender was, give them a raise too!
And despite the music jamming and the lively energy, it was perfectly balanced, you could have a conversation without shouting. That made the experience even better.
Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well.
Some might say it’s not right next to downtown, but honestly, it’s just a short drive, tram, subway, or Uber away. You can enjoy the chaotic fun nightlife in the city, then return to the calm, cozy comfort of the hotel.
My friends and I have officially made this our go-to spot whenever we’re in Düsseldorf, and we come go their a lot.
I did not provide any pictures; One, because I forgot, two the hotel's pictures on its website are spot on. I Hope you Enjoy your stay like we did!
It's not a dislike, just a suggestion to lower the parking cost for guests staying in the hotel.

I visit several hotels every year and this has so far been the best quality for my budget. Loved the atmosphere, amazing room, good parking, mindblowing breakfast and I also really enjoyed the Sky Bar. Will definitely come back next year.

as 4 stars hotel, the money I paid, its not worthy.
it was not clean, a lot of dust,you can even see a lot of dust on hair dryer.
there was a lot of white stains in the kettle had it smelt like soape..
the AC didnt work probably.
No free bottle water provided even at the first day
Called the reception 2twice from my room in the evening, no answer...

Very stylish room on the 18 floor. Great view. Very comfortable bed and clean area.
Unfortunately my room was “sharing” room. I didn’t know that. I would definitely choose different room. Rooms like this are for people who needed that, for example families. We didn’t want to hear other people behind the doors. Feeling that behind the doors are strangers is little bit uncomfortable. Next time I will definitely send a request about it.
On Sunday based on menu from my room, the room service should be open from 17:00 to 22:00. But they wasn’t answering phone. I came to the front desk and they told us that room service and restaurant was closed so we can’t have anything to eat for dinner.
