The location was very good to allow easy access from the railway station and to tourist parts of Düsseldorf including the Altstadt
Some of the rooms had old style security chains which could stick.
The soap dispensers needed a firm grip which made it difficult to obtain soap often.
Our coffee machine in our room didn’t work and it took 2 days to replace it.

Great staff, lobby was comfortable and beers affordable. Rooms were great too. No complaints about the hotel at all really.
We spent most of our time in the old town and it was a 20-25 minute walk. Taxis are a rip off at €25 for around a 7 minute ride. Not the hotels fault, but worth keeping in mind.

Great location, helpful and welcoming staff - big quiet room with a good shower

- Room was spacious and comfortable
- Hannah was understanding and very welcoming
- Breakfast was delicious
- Easy access to parking

- Fitness room and sauna are clean and with snacks/drinks available
- Air conditioning in the room did not work, and the room was so so hot. We had to open the windows but there were loud, disruptive noises just outside the room window.
- Bad communication regarding the opening hours of the fitness and sauna rooms. (You just need to hang a paper with the updated working hours and also write that the hours shown in the website/room are wrong)
- TV with very limited functions and channels available
- Room access cards stop working as soon as checkout time arrives
