Good location Reasonable comfortable beds.
The batroom and shower. Very crampy and no ventilation. Not even a proper facility to hang a towel or bathrope. Also way over rated is the highly expensive breakfast.

The location is very good - near the Königsallee - one of the main shopping streets. River bank is also 5-10min walking away, old town is also very near. There is a bakery just around the corner, some stores and cafes around. There are a couple of tram lines running in front of the hotel and lead to the main railway station.
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Really liked the Christmas decoration and the fine details in the lobby. Loved the surprise in the morning - a chocolate Santa in front of the door.
Room is a bit small, there is not much space around the bed. Bathroom is a bit old.

Was located in a great place for getting around. Easy access to all public transport, short walk to a huge supermarket. Main train station 3 stops away.
The restaurant within the hotel couldn’t be faulted the staff were amazing checking on allergies and making sure our meals were on point and taking the time to answer our enquires.
Advertised smart tv, had it all set up in room as such but didn’t actually work when told reception was advised it’s not smart tv and the chrome cast setting along with YouTube was a mistake…. So if travelling with children that don’t want to watch German Disney channel would bring downloaded bits on a tablet.
Was very thin walls could hear the room above us banging around at midnight every time they came back for over half an hr each night. Which wasn’t ideal.
Staff at reception were stand off no matter when I went and who I spoke to.

Location was excellent being well within walking distance of the old town area to explore the various christmas markets! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds/shower as well.
We were able to store our bags before and after checking in/out, and the default late checkout time was very handy as well.
Breakfast was a little chaotic during the busy period on the weekend we were there! The staff were very efficient and nice but when we both got up to get something from the buffet we found that the table had been cleared and prepared for a new set of guests.

Location and cleanliness
Windows are not sealed enough, Main Street with trams and underground are so close you can hear them,I had to wait almost 50 minutes to get my room ready at check in , took my room at 15:40 local time!no amenities in the room( no pens, no papers, no shower caps in the bathroom ,for this price -as a frequent traveler-I expected more
