Everything was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from cleanliness to service quality. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Compared to many hotels we have stayed at across Europe, this hotel was above the usual European standards. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
The only issue was the bed and pillows. They seemed quite worn out and had lost their support from long-term use. I believe replacing them would significantly improve guests’ comfort and the overall experience.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was close to the Sauna, which was very nice. The bathroom had a wooden floor, which also made me happy. The breakfast was excellent, good management and a lot of variety, we really really appreciated it.
The telephone did not work at all, so I could not call the reception to ask questions or request things I needed.

The hotel location was perfect & few of the stuff was very curious & trying to help
The Furniture are getting old & room was need maintenance like water leaking in tiolet & the other service like internet wasn't work well & stuff siding care about this note , compare with price can be more butter

what could have been done better- on delayed arrival by 24 hours. which we had notified the day before. however the information was not transferred from day staff to night staff. was corrected out but was a delay in bookin also had issues finding our third booking. overall good but wanted to share this delay. thanks
