Location is good, you can walk to city center, actually you are already in the city center. Old hotel, needs renovation. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

We had a fourth floor overlooking the city. Very big windows. Big desk with one chair and an additional couch. Plenty of.space in the room. The elevator to the ground floor is see through. The bar at the lobby is lively and comfortable

Excellent location, furniture is good, the bad is comfortable.
The heating didn't work, was a bit cold in room. Tried to increase it but nothing happened.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The location is good near the main shopping street. The room is big. They gave us the room in advance which was much appreciated
The heater works on specific times
I didn’t find a parking at all during my all stay which made it harder to park somewhere else and walk in cold weather
The cleaning process can be improved found some bugs in the room maybe they should have pest control

Nice staff. If I ask for water or sth they would help me. Very good location. Very good breakfast. The staff who was Mehmet helped me a lot. They upgrade my room and it was fantastic
I should ask for everything that room service would put it such as mineral water, shampoo or tea cup

The location is very good - near the Königsallee - one of the main shopping streets. River bank is also 5-10min walking away, old town is also very near. There is a bakery just around the corner, some stores and cafes around. There are a couple of tram lines running in front of the hotel and lead to the main railway station.
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Really liked the Christmas decoration and the fine details in the lobby. Loved the surprise in the morning - a chocolate Santa in front of the door.
Room is a bit small, there is not much space around the bed. Bathroom is a bit old.
