A great hotel in a convenient location in Düsseldorf. We only stayed for one night, but would happily return. The staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to all our requests. Sophie was incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering us complimentary breakfast and later check out. Her gesture was much appreciated and made us feel well looked after. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The breakfast is great - plenty of options, good quality products. Hotel is very central.
Staff was very kind and helpful.
The hotel is good but when you get your brand new laptop stolen the moment you go out for a walk it is not fun.
I wish the reception had suggested to use the very well hidden safe in the room. I guess it is there for a reason. It has never happened to me before to have anything stolen from a hotel so I don't have the instinct.
Sauna not working. Parking very small and expensive.

Breakfast was marvelous, even though there were loads of people and it was very busy the staff kept refilling everything. Very nice beds, the bar was also quite nice. Staff was extremely friendly all around the hotel.
Only nitpick would be how hot the rooms were and it was hard to cool.

A wonderful and very clean hotel, with comfortable rooms, a good bathroom, and an excellent location. The bartender is a dapper, kind man who is very flexible and easy to deal with. But the garage is very small and rather expensive.

I don't like to give full marks, but I genuinely couldn't fault the hotel. The breakfast was high quality and had a good selection. Make sure you take advantage of the fresh orange juice maker at the breakfast bar.
The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping area, restaurants, and bars.
Although it sits on a busy road, you don't hear the traffic.
The hotel has adjacent parking but you are better off using another provider as slightly cheaper and has car charging points.
The room was close to the elevator, and it could be irritating at night.

Great location, wonderful staff, good comfy rooms. Quiet despite being on road.
Lift took ages in the morning, we used the stairs to come down (not sure you were meant to).

Great location. Nice touch with the Backstreet Boys cardboard cutouts especially as many people were in town for the concerts. Also nice free treats - popcorn and sweets. Room was comfortable. Staff were attentive on check-in. Breakfast had a great assortment and was tasty even if busy you could still get a seat.
There were no USB points in our room. You had to have a plug. Most hotels have this as most people have more than 1 device. Also there may have been one in our room but it was broken. The view was not interesting - faced another building - bit of a concern about privacy but we kept the blinds down. Also the hotel was not chosen for its view!
