Very nice and clean room, very extensive breakfast. Very nice location with a view on, and next to, the Konings allee, near the main shopping area and the old city center. Very high value for money. Breakfast included for 2 persons for only E130,- a night (sun-mon).
The garage is a bit tight. We arrived in the morning and there were no (large enough) spaces available (yet). We parked in a very big public garage with a lot of electric charging stations, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. which is actually 2 euro cheaper than the hotel per 24h.

I was woken up at 9:30am by a STRONG drilling noise. It was so loud that it felt like someone was drilling inside of my room. They are renovating the hotel and were drilling next to my room, no one told me about that when I made the reservation or checked it. I work nights and need to sleep late, had I known about the renovations I would have not stayed there. Completely ruined my stay and the next day.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is close to bus, trams and metro and also to the Königsalle luxury shopping strip. Perfect location for a weekend stay.

I stayed at this hotel before and knew it was being renovated. When I checked in the guy at the reception assured me that my room is on a floor far from the renovations and I'm not expected to hear anything. I was surprised when the next morning at 9am I woke up by the whole room shaking from drilling. The hotel could have been great, but they are renovating and hiding that fact from the visitors, if you dont want to be woken up every morning at 9am it's better to avoid that place.

A modern, comfortable hotel situated right next to the Königsallee. A spacious room with a view of the city. Many attractions are within walking distance. There are two lovely little parks nearby – Park an der Düssel and Ständehauspark. I’d also recommend visiting Leo’s Bar next to the hotel – it has an excellent selection of German wines and spacious terrace!

Everything was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from cleanliness to service quality. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Compared to many hotels we have stayed at across Europe, this hotel was above the usual European standards. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
The only issue was the bed and pillows. They seemed quite worn out and had lost their support from long-term use. I believe replacing them would significantly improve guests’ comfort and the overall experience.
