The location is very central (about a five-minute walk to the main train station). Staff was very kind. The room was fairly large. It seemed like the bathroom had been redone recently. Overall, I would return.
Sometimes when I went back to the hotel from the main station, it felt safe; at other times, police officers were breaking up fights between people who appeared to be unhoused and had possibly taken various substances. The room decor felt dated. I was also in Düsseldorf during an event. Even though I booked the hotel over a year out, there were not that many rooms available and, due to the lack of availability, the hotel could effectively charge almost anything it wanted. I felt like the value for money was not particularly good (at least during this event), but I didn't have much of a choice. After the event, I spent most of the rest of the week in Wuppertal, where hotel rooms were available for a third of the price.

Strategic location, the staffs are nice, buffet breakfast is good.
There is no room service for lunch or dinner and the restaurant only open during breakfast time. In the afternoon untill 22:00 they only open the bar, for drinks only.
Anyway, the buffet breakfast is good.

Lifts are a bit old ... but all was good ..location is a bit far from all tarnsportaion option specially if you are traveling with old people it's a bit hard
Billows are not fluffy you need more than one to be some how comfortable

Great location near (but not too near) the main station, very easy to access all public transport and even walk to the t=old town. We thought it very good value for money and we had a lovely big room. The breakfast buffet (hot and cold) was excellent and the bar was very useful in the evenings once we got back. Very nice big, modern, clean bathroom and excellent shower.
Nothing really, perhaps its value for money stems from its 'wrong side of the tracks' location but the area it's in is fine, the decor was a little dated but in an older hotel the rooms are bigger which makes up for it.
