Wonderful
We chose the hotel mostly for the location, being very close to the central station. The room was clean and quiet and we appreciated that. We had no problems with either checkg in in or checking out.
I would have appreciated a pair of hotel slippers

We had a great stay here during a weekend trip to Düsseldorf with friends! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was super convenient. The beds were really comfortable and spacious, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. We also liked how quiet the rooms were. We barely heard any noise from other people in the hotel, which is quite rare! The sauna was a nice bonus too..
The only downside was that the hotel and rooms were a bit warm, but the air conditioning helped. Not a big deal at all, especially during a cold autumn weekend. Overall, a really nice hotel that we would come back to if we were to visit Düsseldorf again

Allowed me to check in 3hrs early which was very helpful.
Good choice of hot and cold breakfast options.
Nice bar
Located approx 200-300 yards behind main station, less than 5 mins walk.
Not an area if you want bars on your door step, but walk through the station and you can access all of Dusseldorf on foot or trains, trams or buses etc

Staff were all excellent (they were accomodating, when we requested to leave our rental car a little longer in their garage after checking out).
Their sauna was a very welcome perk the next morning.
Central station and Little Tokyo just a short walk away.
Competitive late checkout at noon.
Completely quiet, even though right behind the train station and no room service the next morning either.
I booked a separate single room for myself and somehow ended up with two beds. One could see it as an upgrade, though the single bed duvet was a wee bit too small for my taste.
Their free members programme also didn't quite work and was rather confusing.
No USB outlets..

During my stay, one evening while I was out of my room, my watch (a Rolex worth more than 10.000 €) and 200 € cash disappeared from the room. The police came to the hotel, inspected the room and registered the case as a classic hotel theft.
The hotel told me two things: there are no security cameras in the guest corridors.
It is unacceptable that in the evening someone can move through the guest corridors and get into a room without being noticed. It is unacceptable that a 4-star hotel next to the main station has no cameras in the corridors, so nothing can be checked afterwards.
I do not know who did it and I accuse nobody. Advice to other guests: do not leave anything of value in the room, not even for a short time.
