The room was elegant and functional. Comfy bed. Excellent aircon adjustments, spacious and had everything I needed. Great central location.
The only issue Was the shower tap temperature adjustment which was sorted quickly.

Very good hotel, Lobby, Restaurant and Bar very nice, Rooms also nice and spacious.
Compared to other 5 star hotels I had stayed in Dusseldorf, beds mean the mattresses are very hard.

Room was clean, location was good
The breakfast buffet chef that was taking care of made-to-order eggs can benefit from more customer service training. He was not making to order and he could not multi-task, ending up giving us burned eggs that was black at all edges. Burning the food was one thing but once he saw it burned, why couldn't he replace it? We just did not want to deal with him again after this long wait so we gave up on the eggs. He presented similar customer service the next day so he needs training. If the restaurant manager cannot see this, then the manager also needs training himself.

1- Fast check-in / check-out 2- Reception staff were friendly and supportive, also the lobby is well clean and organized. 3- The location of the hotel, since it's in the city center. 4- Comfortable bed and clean room 5- The air-condition is good. 6- The high-speed Wifi. 7- The parking under the hotel good and clean. 8- Breakfast buffet was very good.
