Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
The mattress was old and bad. It is in a concave shape. If you sleep on your side, you will get shoulder pain or discomfort.

The room was really nice and designed very comfortably. The location was absolutely great! The restaurant staff was incredible! Special shout out to Mr. E.Coman and his team for absolute dedication to great customer experience. They simply nailed it.
Very unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there the entire time.

One amassing hotel I really enjoy my stay there . The buffet breakfast was unbelievable everything you can wish and more and from quality the best !! The room was exactly like the pictures and even better. Special thanks to Adrian the waiter from the breakfast my friend you are fast I mean really fast and attentive always with a smile and passionate to help your guest . I hope you take my tips and to the two ladies in the reception a big thank you for the problem with my reservation tha you fixed so fast and easy. Miss Eryaman and im sorry I didn't hold the name of the second lady thank you everyone for one amassing stay . I will see you soon.

Hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Location wise, it is the best that is. Would very much recomend. The gym is from another level as it is a partnership with another place (but you dont have to exit the hotel to get in).
Breakfast could be a little better. There's nothing special and you'll end up smelling eggs at the end of the meal. Plus, coffee is from those terrible machines. So coffee wise you would be better drinking somewhere else.
