Wonderful
Beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed, and a complimentary bottle of water. An added bonus is access to a fully equipped gym located in the neighboring hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful
Excellent location, spacious and very comfortable rooms, great beds and impeccable cleanliness. The staff are professional, attentive and genuinely helpful, always willing to assist with even the smallest requests. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with a high standard of comfort.
For a hotel in this price category, certain details are disappointing. The property is beginning to show its age, with small shortcomings such as toilet seats without soft-close mechanisms. More importantly, the room service is surprisingly limited after 10 pm, offering little beyond pizza and pasta. At 1 am, returning from a concert, we would have expected a more decent late-night dining option. At these rates, attention to detail and service availability should be better.

Close approximately to major attractions.
Some times due to local activity and road closures may impact the front access to hotel.

Poor
The location
Service doesn’t exist. The telephone in the room doesn’t work- you go to some mailbox that you can’t leave a message on. The reception staff just dismissed our complaint during our stay of three nights

Pleasant
Location however I would except a much luxurious 5 star from the pictures and review, this remained to be much of a corporate style hotel, would not be back
The room was dusty, not happy with the cleaning. Also the front desk team especially the night team was not friendly and helpful (especially for a 5 star)

Exceptional
The location. The room. The lobby.
The pillows were not very comfortable. There was no bidet / water spray in the bathroom. It’s much more hygienic and majority of fine hotels started to install bidets in the bathroom.
