First and foremost, the concierge were excellent. As my Deutsche is still elementary, their patience was much appreciated. The weekend breakfast buffet was absolutely immaculate and the dining room staff, very professional and accomodating.

The location is great, good-sized bedroom, very good selection of breakfast
The reception staff should have people skill, if you are not going to help or understand your guess needs or explain to them in a nice way, the hotel management had better to put self-check in/out machines. Believe me no differences. As a person who stays 2 different hotels a month in different countries from 2 star to 5 star hotels, you would expect a better service from the reception people who are mainly face of the hotel. When I checked in I arrived at very early and asked the person to leave my luggage in my room when it is available. She said I need to collect it myself when I came in evening. When I got to my room around 7pm, the shower head was dripping water and it was all wet in the bathroom and I asked them if they could change the room since I was offered city view room but given courtyard room, I was told that it was fully booked and nothing they can do. It was 3-day stay and I asked if I could leave 2pm before the next guest check in time, was asked to pay 50 euros extra. When I asked if the hotel is full, they said no but I have to pay. It is not about money, but when paying about 450euros a night, you would expect some flexibility. However, the breakfast was really good and the staff who serves are way better than reception people. I am not sure if I want to stay again for that kind of money
