The rooms themselves and breakfast were great.
We've checked in with a dog. They didn't inform us on extra costs until we came to check out even though presenting themselves as pet friendly. It's fine if you're charging extra, but don't tell us after our stay.

Great location, close to the central station. Breakfast was great and the rooms were really nice and quiet. Overall, it was a nice stay and i would stay there again.
There was a bit smell around the corridors at my floor which can be avoided.

Very friendly and relaxed staff. Relaxing decor. Quiet. Great bed. Nice bathroom products. I slept very well. Sparkling water taps on each floor.
Near the train station area feels a bit sketchy at night. I had a balcony but seating left out in rain so couldn’t use balcony. The place has a dorm vibe, quite a few stains on furniture. Sink drained poorly.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. bed was very comfortable and wi-fi good. AC was good.
for over €400 the room was extremely small tight. en suite small and shower tray slippy (dangerous). lighting in bedroom very poor and carpet too hard (needs underlay). no lighting around wardroom space and safe was basically on the ground.
public spaces a little cold in feel (not temperature).
for a co-working space the central long table had no electrical plug in points, so had to move
