Comfortable bed and pillows. Slept well.
Ridiculously over-priced. All accommodation in Europe has lost its collective mind and these prices are just unreasonable.

Disappointing
Had to move room as a very intermittent loud noise coming from the bathroom. New room, bathroom basin not very clean in the corners and the lever to open and close the plug was not there. The body lotion was empty which was disappointing.
Bed was very comfortable and coffee machine and tea variety welcomed plus water dispensers on each landing.

Windows badly isolated, hard to sleep. An old tram passing by regularly just below my windows. Noisy. Otherwise, very nice personnel and design inside the hotel.

Very Good
The rooms were small and basic but I'm happy that they actually placed me in the courtyard instead of the room facing the street, based on my request. I liked the products they use (Kevin Murphy). I also liked the gameroom/lounge area.
Location is probably not the best as it is not really the safest, but it is also very accessible being a stone's throw away from the Hauptbanhof and I love that it is close to the Japanese area.

The room was modern, but with an art-deco decoration. I liked how small but functional it is.
There was a really bad and unnecessary door stopper fixed on the floor. I hurt my foot with it, and had to hurry up to work. That became quite a stress that I did not even have time to report.

The room was adequate, well styled, spacious and clean.
There was an additional fee I was made to pay in addition to and above what was listed on Booking's website.
I forgot my hoodie in the room (my fault), no one reached out to me regarding a solution (low marks for "going the extra mile).
You are right next to a public train track. I'm not a light sleeper so I only noticed when awake.
