The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are nice and it’s a stylish facility. The gym is also cool
The rooms were quite small and they had a smell. The towels didn’t dry easily. Also the floor had some stains and dust when I entered, that could have been removed while cleaning.

The room was not cleaned property. You could tell the room was not vacuumed and there was a wet spot on the carpet by the window. There was a bad odor musty smell in the room.
AC was suitable but not able to lower past 77 degrees.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It's a short walk away from the Hauptbahnhof. There's easy access to other popular locations within the city center as well as the subway to go to other parts of the city. The hotel itself is quite nice and I really enjoyed the beds. There are fresh water stations on every floor, which was super helpful as it was quite hot while we were in Düsseldorf. Overall, this was a pretty nice place to stay and the price was fair.
I was in Düsseldorf for the weekend with a friend of mine for the Bad Bunny concert. She arrived in the city about an hour before I did. I gave her the details of the reservation so that she could check in and pay. When she attempted to do this, she was turned away by the employee at the front desk, saying, "we can't just be checking in people with reservation numbers." This individual didn't even check her computer to verify the details of the reservation call me to ask if this was going to be the individual who was staying with me. I attempted to call the hotel to resolve the issue but I kept being redirected to the main menu whenever I chose the option to speak to the reception. Once I arrived, I mentioned this to the employee who handled our check-in (a different employee from the one my friend interacted with). She was apologetic and offered us complimentary drinks. While we do appreciate that they acknowledged the issue, behavior like that is completely unacceptable. I get that emotions and stress were running high due to the heat and how busy things were that weekend between the concerts and World Cup, but that's absolutely no excuse for the way that my friend was treated. This unfortunately left a pretty big mark on what was otherwise a nice stay in a lovely hotel.

Great location, close to the central station. Breakfast was great and the rooms were really nice and quiet. Overall, it was a nice stay and i would stay there again.
There was a bit smell around the corridors at my floor which can be avoided.

- Room is very noisy at night from cars and trams, can't sleep well.
- Main amenities are provided but not for some like shower cap, cotton bud, toothbrush, etc.
- Light in the room is not enough.

The hotel and the room were spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, warm atmosphere, sound proof room, comfortable bed and soft pillows. I very much appreciated the drinking water station on the floor. All staff were fantastic! I had a good rest at Tribe hotel.

The location was great and thats all
The room was cold and we asked them to rise the room temperature but they couldn’t, they gave us portable mini heater however it was not enough. They made me paid for 50 euros deposit and they told they will give it back when we check out however they didn’t give it back and 50 euros deposit was not included in the invoice they gave us when we checked out. I don’t know why they did something like that we didn’t order anything else.

The hotel staff is very friendly and and location of hotel is superb, right besides DUS HBF
Room size is just enough for single person, if you travel alone and will spend the day touring the city, then it is perfect. Don't recommend it for couples, there isn't enough space for loading suitcase or you need f.i. spend some time in room like working

Location is close to everything.. there are restaurants around, and the train station is 4 mins walk.
The room was good enough, but stayed there for 3 days, and the room was not cleaned once. Other than that, all is great.
