Very bad service at reception because only one person was on duty under the long line. The man at front was incapable to finish up check-in/out in short period.

Breakfast was good, especially the baked tomatoes with cheese.
The restaurant worker(s) were on vacation so it was closed. Luckily there were plenty of options nearby. I would have liked to dine in as the weather was quite rainy during my stay.

Very near to Dsseldorf main station. Safe and clean. Many restaurants nearby. The front desk helped us to keep the luggages for a few hours after checking out.
