The Hotel was 5 mins walk from U-Bahnstation station, room is quite spacious and the reception staff was friendly and helpful.
1. I needed a plate and a bowl for my room, and when I asked the reception, they directed me to get them from the restaurant. However, the lady at the restaurant was quite rude when she saw me taking the plates to my room.
2. The electric kettle wasn’t connected to any nearby power source. The only available switchboard was on the floor, which made it quite inconvenient to use.
3. There was no digital locker in the room; instead, there was a drawer with a lock and key. When I tried to use it, I found that the keyhole was stuffed with a wooden stick, preventing the key from going in. The housekeeping team should have checked this before check-in. It was quite inconvenient and time-consuming for me to remove the stick myself.

Comfortable room and bed . Very modern design, and good sound proofing. very helpful reception desk , convenient location and the offered parking space is great . The breakfast offered is good both in taste and variety.
Breakfast despite being great in flavor and variety , the staff was in a hurry and didn't refill stuff that run out 45 minutes before the time for breakfast run out .
