We had a wonderful corner room with windows on two sides, on one of the top levels. The view to the Rhein was amazing. It was also very quiet, we slept like babies.
The breakfast was very good.
There was paid parking in front of the hotel with possibility of charging for electrical vehicles.

I loved the customer care and service, we ordered a pizza late at night and they were kind enough to call our room when it arrived. We also used the sauna and felt very relaxed in it
When we first arrived we were told the sky lounge was open and we could still pop up for a drink but when we took the elevator up the whole floor was a construction zone. We found out later that the sky lounge was actually closed for repairs.

For the money I spent it was an amazing property. Staff was super friendly. I liked everything.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Housemaking was also perfect. We enjoyed complimentary welcome beverages in the minibar very much.
Although the hotel was a short walking distance away from a tram and a bus stations, it was a bit far from the city center (taking ca. 20 min). There were no stores (e.g. supermarkets) near the hotel. But instead, the area was very quiet, so if you want to enjoy such atmosphere, this hotel may be the perfect choice.

Good room, good staff except for the front staff.
The reception lady was terrible. They charged me three times for the cost on my previous stay. I pointed out and they recognized their mistake but she just threatened me and did not apologize until I said to her I will make a complaint.
She also refused to check in even she accepted other customers. She changed and to made me check in once I asked her mischarge.
