Perfect location in the Hauptbahnhof, plenty of shops nearby, and also very secure and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location if you come from the airport, wifi works well.
The bed is confortable.
The bathroom is very small and the room is really basic for that price.
There isn't even a bottle of water in the room or a fridge.
Check-in is not possible before 3pm but they can keep your luggage for free.
A little bit noisy because there are trams in the area.

The location is excellent - we were basically within the Hbf, which makes commuting a breeze. There are many food options and an easy commute. Excellent!

In the Bahnhof. So everything was reachable. The hotel allowed me to keep my bag for two hours after my checkout too. Cheers for that.

The location on the main station itself is great and the proximity to ‘little Tokyo’ means there’s plenty of options for food and drink.
There is a perception that the area is dangerous due to the large number of homeless people that frequent the front of the station. In my experience however, they don’t cause any trouble and are not an issue.
