The hotel was nice, the view was nice as well. The room was clean and the hotel overall was nice.
The staff were not helpful; they refused to let us drive next to the door to drop our bags (then the receptions and the concierge argued over this!) The music gets really loud at night (although it gets turned off later). The bathroom was very awkward, it's right by the door, and the tube has no cover or doors, which makes it get cold and the hot bath or the bath is not really comfortable. If you are traveling with a friend or a sibling they can see you take a shower !

For me it’s the best hotel in Dusseldorf. Comfortable beds , great rooms modern and clean , one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever been in . Friendly staff and willing to do everything they can to help with the smallest issues if you had one.
Great location. Luxurious hotel , it is definitely a five star hotel .

Disappointing
The restaurant served exceptionally delicious food with great variety and presentation. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the service staff were polite and attentive. The view from the restaurant was also quite scenic, adding to the dining experience
The location is quite far from the city center, which made accessing shopping areas and main attractions inconvenient. The room’s toilet design was uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The lobby was relatively small with limited seating for guests to relax or wait. It lacked the welcoming ambiance you’d expect from a hotel of this category.
Additionally, when comparing the price per night to other hotels with the same star rating, Hyatt Regency is noticeably more expensive despite offering fewer advantages in terms of convenience and comfort. Several nearby hotels offer better locations and facilities at a lower or similar cost.

The view from the room was the building next to hotel but still we were able to see the city and the river.
Car parking is very expensive. 35€ per night. It should be free for hotel guests.

Room was superb, spacious and had a view. Had all facilities that we were looking for.
More water bottles in the room.
Breakfast had limited options for vegeterians like us.
