For me it’s the best hotel in Dusseldorf. Comfortable beds , great rooms modern and clean , one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever been in . Friendly staff and willing to do everything they can to help with the smallest issues if you had one. Great location. Luxurious hotel , it is definitely a five star hotel .

The view from the room was the building next to hotel but still we were able to see the city and the river.
Car parking is very expensive. 35€ per night. It should be free for hotel guests.

U deserve to be rated 10 star ? Hotel not even 5. One Nigerian guy at the restaurant with the name Innocent was so nice .He's so caring and respectful. Your hotel is sooo nice and beautiful. It's even beyond standard ?. I will choose there over n over.

We enjoyed the hotel decor, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness and both the reception and spa service
We found unacceptable that even though it was reported to the reception staff a couple of times, the shower issue in our room was never resolved. Basically the jet was weak and the hot water was barely coming out. Also, the minibar was not refilled daily. Last, the bar service was not up to such a hotel level. The guys working there were unorganized and all was chaotic. It is not their fault, they are young but someone on top of that is necessary to train and guide them properly. They were so busy that some could sound rude.

There are many!!! The Nespresso coffee machine doesn't work, the restaurant is poor, and the prices are variable, just so you know, you all have a problem, exploit it the people !!! Thank you !!!
