This hotel was the place where I experienced one of the most unpleasant situations of my life.
We arrived early in the morning, completed the check-in process, and went into the city because our room was not yet ready. When we returned, there was an extremely long line at the reception. Since I only needed to collect my room key, I politely approached one of the receptionists.
She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hostile toward me. I felt genuinely embarrassed by the way she treated me. She refused to acknowledge me, repeatedly told me to move away, and acted as if I didn’t even exist. I simply asked if I could ask a quick question, but she told me to go to the back of the line.
As I was visibly pregnant, I politely explained that it would be considerate to allow a pregnant woman to ask a simple question without having to wait in such a long queue. Her response was: “Pregnancy has nothing to do with waiting in line. Stand there and wait.”
I have never felt so humiliated. Such a complete lack of empathy and respect toward a pregnant guest is unacceptable. This kind of discrimination against pregnant women can only come from someone who has absolutely no compassion for women or children.
The hotel manager apologized for what happened, but unfortunately he was either unwilling or unable to ensure that the receptionist apologized for her behavior. To make matters worse, she never showed any remorse.
I do not know her name, but she had blonde hair and an unmistakably cold, hostile expression. I sincerely hope no other guest, especially a pregnant woman, has to experience the kind of treatment I received.

The view, the clenliness, the internet
I didnt try the facilities
I requested early check in and i didnt get reply. Didnt bother me, could happen anywhere.
Approached front desk at 2:30pm for check in. About to pay my deposit and i see that the staff also added the room bill which was already paid. He calls his colleague and she tries to help him figure out why im being double charged. Stood there for around 7 minutes at the least without any update. Its ok, it happens to the best. The receptionist explains that the room isnt ready and i should wait another 20 minutes. No worries, i did come 30 mins earlier than check in time so its on me. I sit outside for 30 minutes and make my way back to the same receptionist guy i dealt with earlier, i politely keep my distance from the counter as i see him speaking on the phone. 5 minutes standing there, no gesture to approach, no one asking me what i need. After he finishes his phone call he just tells me to speak to his colleague. No apology whatsoever. His colleague was very welcoming., did the whole check in procedure for the second time and found that the room wasn't ready yet. He apologized! Sat in the lobby and 20 mins later got checked in again.
I tried to shower early morning before checking out but there was 0 water pressure. They were doing maintenance apparently.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The room was lovely and beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely view from our room of the river and Rhine tower. The jacuzzi and spa facilities were amazing! The range of breakfast was great too.
The hot breakfast was quite cold. When busy, the gym is very cramped and hard to workout in.

Rooms are modern and spacious and luxurious. The quaility of accessories or coffee, soap, etc etc is far better than the competitors. I am not naming them, but Hyatt can be next corporate favorite.
