I will only not give it a 10 because we didn't try the breakfast, everything is incredibly clean, well maintained and good quality. Staff very attentive and our request promptly attended.

Amazing location, all necessary facilities to live and cook are available. Very big room. Big parking. Very nice and clean. It is located in the heart noisiest part of city but still no sound you can hear in the hotel or room. Big parking.
Parking is very expensive.

I arrived 5 hours earlier than the check in time and the room was already ready. Interior was beautiful and the room was a very large studio, pleasantly surprised that even the kitchen is fully equipped. Place was quiet, air conditioning was silent, and I don't recall hearing any adjacent noises. Shower was very strong and well heated. Bed is comfortable. Service was exceptional, from the front desk to the bar. Had a few friends over in the common area and requested for water service and it was delivered with finesse. The basement gym was also surprisingly well equipped and clean. Location was excellent - minutes away from the river, minutes away from trains, and plenty of eateries nearby.
None to dislike.

Awesome location, room was quite despite the fact that it is located in Altstadt, a busy area with a lot of bars and restaurants.The hotel is located in a beautiful vintage building. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We really appreciated that we were allowed to do an early check-in.
It would be perfect if the breakfast could be offered in a more competitive price.

Very nice breakfast and nice personnel in breakfast area
it was a bit confusing where to leave our car upon arrival, there was noone around in the entrance and I went all the way up to reception to find out. Eventually the person from the front was too busy at that moment, so all good.

Perfect location, a very beautiful hotel.
Bad service. No help with bags on the entrance. No intro speech on what is where at the check-in. Bad cleaning (some litter left on the floor when we have just arrived). Had to ask for cleaning on the second day, despite the sign hanging on the door until almost 4 pm. The cleaning person put the dishes in the washer and didn’t start it, just left it as is. Reception guys don’t pick up the phone, and sometimes are not at the desk. No amenities in the room except the shower cap. No mini bar in the room. And all that for eur 655 per night.
