Beautiful building, great location, high ceilings in the room, facilities in the room, clean bathroom, very capacious wardrobes.

Astonishing historical site on great location.
The service is incredibly poor, it’s like you’re a candid camera: no one is there for you, no one can do anything and even the simplest task like ordering a taxi simply doesn’t work at this hotel. Never been to a 5-star hotel with worse service.

the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great, location could not be better. It was one of the better hotel experiences I have had.
There was really little to fault. The coffee at breakfast was perhaps mediocre but the rest of the breakfast was great..

The location is great and the building & architecture is amazing and outstanding. Service is motivated and very kind but sometimes a bit clueless about procedures…
Breakfast and the Italian Restaurant are very good. The gym needs more regular cleaning and new accessory’s as they are over used and not 5star compliant.

THey had “run out” of basic things like cream cheese, empty pans in the “buffet” no bacon, the service did not speak english so was not even able to explain what the breakfast included. For 100 euros for a couple, you should offer a cheap proseco at least….
