We really enjoyed our stayed and loved the room.
Breakfast was extremely expensive and not a great selection for the price.
We were charged a deposit which is understandable however 1 month after checkout we have not had the refund. Have chased the hotel numerous times and keep being told it will be processed or no response.

Excellent location. We were within walking distance, or quick bus/tram ride of the areas we were planning to see. This hotel is housed in a repurposed old court house which gives the building unique charm. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had an unforgettable trip and stay.

Beautiful building, great location, high ceilings in the room, facilities in the room, clean bathroom, very capacious wardrobes.
Stale smell when entering the room, staff missing from behind the bar at opening hours

Astonishing historical site on great location.
The service is incredibly poor, it’s like you’re a candid camera: no one is there for you, no one can do anything and even the simplest task like ordering a taxi simply doesn’t work at this hotel. Never been to a 5-star hotel with worse service.
