The location was perfect for my needs. The price-quality is nice. I did not take breakfast but just because of my schedule - was leaving too early.
Poor Wifi in the room. Also I arrived a bit late and had to wait at the entrance a bit. But it means that the hotel closes at night and strangers can't go inside

Its very clean and rooms have a lovely British touch and the hotel is in front of the U Bahn Station (which was very important to me).
Beds were a bit older. Felt like it could break under me.

I had a very good stay at the Hotel Windsor. The inviting atmosphere, great location, well-equipped rooms, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff all contribute to a great stay. The hotel really can provide a well-rounded experience.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, the breakfast was also good and overall I would say good value.
For a light sleeper the trains need getting used to, not an indication of any hotel fault but due to location.

The location is perfect. Right next to the stop of the regional train from the airport and the stop of the tram that goes to the centre of the city. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast had everything one could need and it there was slight variations each day.
The WiFi on the highest floor the we stayed would often lose its signal. Other than that everything was perfect!

Very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could understand each other even if we werent speaking German and they were trying their best to help us as much as they could. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; feels like a londonian cocoon in Dsseldorf.
Our stay was too short to be able to enjoy the full extent of the hotel. But ofc its not their fault, blame it on the lack of money hahaha
