Wonderful
Breakfast was an extremely high standard. The hosts were very helpful, assisting me with their luggage and reserving a place for me in the car park. Unfortunately another guest took my spot but they were willing to ask them to move as they had promised it to me but I said it wasn't necessary. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate . I stay here regularly and can highly recommend it.

Close to the airport, very cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, tasty breakfast, big rooms, baby cot was already in the room even though we didnt even ask for it :) amazing service!
Not negative, just beware: if you travel with a child, be prepared to carry the stroller yourself (no elevator). If you pay by card, you need to pay 6 more for the service.

Nice garden and.pieceful and rich breakfast. Welcomig staff.
The majority of the rooms is at the roadside with constant traffic. Windows and screen need to be closed to have some comfort. Beds have foam mattresses and are not comfortable. All in all, OK for a night on the road, but not as relaxed as it could be.

The owners were very accommodating. My crossing was delayed which meant i was unable to check in until 22:30. They were very thoughtful with the check in time, my room allocation (i brought my dog and they gave me a room with easy access) and we very considerate about my needs the following morning

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady who greeted us at the reception was extremely helpful and provided us with instructions to get to the evening Christmas market. The lady who prepared our breakfast the next morning was equally helpful and friendly, and makes a supreme omelet.
The pillows in the room is not very comfortable, and only 1 set was provided

Hotel Villa Falkenberg is well managed with exceptional staff and a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is walking distance from nearby beautiful and historic sites and several minutes from a the train line that provides quick access to the rest of the city. The staff members were easy to communicate with in English or German. Should I have the opportunity to return to Dsseldorf, a check in to Hotel Villa Falkenberg will be my first stop!

Pleasant
Very cleaning, and Rooms are very new inside, that's good for this area. Maybe I don't need a breakfast. Aamazing and expensive stears and floor inside the building. Outside wall. Anyway too expensive prices and so small room and so little breakfast. And services in the room is too small or not working (curtain). Okay. Now is not so high temperature anymore, so I can visit there again, if it cost 25 euros less. Now it is over 100 euros per night, but anyway: Floor is extremely... good. For a right price this is good for travellers in the winter time.
Too little shower gel, too spacy room, one of the bed clothes missing, too little breakfast. Entrance is very od: Which one? And after it: Where? And what have to do? Curtain not working properly. Not cooling air-condition. Everything here is ... I don't know, what I have to say... Even, if you don't mind, what I sayed before. And everything is clear and so clean and dazzling white inside the hotel common area. Very od thing. Huh!

I arrived at night and it was hard to see the hotel and determine where the entrance was.
