We arrived early but there was no problem in checking in. We had a lovely large room with good sized bathroom, with bath and separate shower, large kitchenette and walk-in wardrobe. A very good selection for breakfast. Should we visit Dusseldorf again we would definitely stay here. The tram station is about five minutes walk away with about 20 minutes journey to the city centre.

The place was incredibly clean, the entire building was very well taken care of, the staff was super friendly and helpful and it really felt like we were visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Very personal and homey feeling. The breakfast room was superb, beautifully decorated and the food was fresh and tasty. After staying at big hotel chains in the past week, this was definitely a much better experience for our family. Our 6 year old even asked us if we could sleep there every time we drive past Dusseldorf in the future.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The family space was cozy and perfect for spending time together, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The room design didn’t quite feel like a hotel, especially with the lighting, which could have been more inviting. The flooring throughout the hotel was ceramic instead of hardwood or laminate. While it was clean and well-maintained, it made the rooms and common areas feel colder and less cozy.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was perfectly clean with a simple yet beautiful white aesthetic design. The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was tasty. I loved your garden and will definitely be back! This is a great place for an overnight stay in Düsseldorf, and I will recommend it to my friends

The staff was friendly and it included a nice little breakfast.
It looks nice from the outside, but there isn’t really a reception area and after I went looking and found someone, the staff told me that I will be out into a room in the basement because they were fully booked. The room was cold, damp and smelled like mildew. The bathroom also wasn’t in the best shape and needed a thorough cleaning with calcium deposits everywhere. I turned up the heat and that helped, but the room was most uncomfortable. On top of that, there was not one piece of furniture that wasn’t damaged in some way. They might have better rooms upstairs, but they SHOULD NOT rent these basement rooms out for health reasons - I arrived quite late though and didn’t have time to go looking for another hotel.
