Exceptional
It is in an excellent location. Easy walk to city centre. Beautiful decor. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff very helpful. They had secure storage for your bike.
As it’s an old property it does not have a lift which if you are on a top floor is a lot of stairs to carry your luggage.

The location of the hotel is perfect - very central, yet very quiet street and cosy neighbourhood. Comfortable parking, welcoming reception. Our room was spacious enough and nicely decorated. We liked breakfast and coffee as well.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful recently refurbished rooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place. They also had secure storage for our bikes.

Overall, it was a lovely, charming place with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was good, the hotel has a beautiful little garden, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was cozy and comfortable, but quite small and located on the upper floor of the second building. The building has no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy suitcases.

Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful with my mixed nationality group - USA. UK. Germany.
Based on hotels in UK of similar type and cost I would have expected towels to be changed or at least given the option for them to be refreshed. Same towels for 3 nights / 4 days so shower on arrival and last day before leaving was a disappointment.

Citytrip in summery Düsseldorf - we stayed for one night. The hotel consists of 2 hotels, with the reception at the Sir Aston. To reach the Lady Astor you just cross the road. In a way it's a little old fashioned but in a lovely way! The hotel offers parking at 18 euro in a nearby public parking lot - very convenient. The breakfast buffet is excellent (apart from the coffee maybe).
We had 2 rooms on the street side: unfortunately it's a bit noisy, especially when you sleep with open windows.

Wonderful
Its cozy , clean , staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious
That day was hot weather, and i thought they have air-condition instead they have 2 ventilator fan for each of us which is not bad but it was still not comfortable to sleep. Good thing we just stayed one night.
