Friendly staff. Good location especially when traveling by train. Quiet neighborhood. Very good breakfast service and staff.

Great location and the people was very nice and warm treat, specially Sir Oliver who was at the front desk when I arrived and was very helpful giving me instructions about security and direction. We shared a couple of stories and it was very friendly and nice.

Good location if you want to be near the train station approx 8 min walk, 15 min walk to city centre. In little Tokyo area great Asian restaurants. Boutique style hotel, nice room and bathrooms, friendly check in.
At first the hotel was hard to find, maybe fault of good maps - but it was fine in the end.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable! The service was good.
The cigarette smell was very strong in the hall, and the room also lacked ventilation, so we had to leave it open all evening. The Double Superior room was not really worth it.
