The location has good access to everything, HBF is like 5 min away. The helpful and friendly stuff was a big plus.
I feel like the price is pretty high for this kind of old hotels. Also, If I open the curtains from my room everyone in the elevator area could see me and it wasn’t comfortable.

Easy to reach from HBF. About a 10 minute walk. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast buffet too in the morning. Appreciated the very early check-in.
No roomservice/cleaning. I got put on the 6th floor which was the attic. Super loud at night due trams being directly under the window, a window which never really closed so it was super loud with the wind coming through. noise from traffic,people walking around. Fell asleep both nights after 3-4 AM.

Affordable and location is good
Didn't look like the photos. I am not sure if it should be a three star. No 24 hrs reception. Additional charge of 10eur when you check out even 25 mins later than 11am.

The room was very clean and cozy — I felt right at home! The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Nice friendly helpful staff, showed me the best places to find what I was looking for. Rang me taxi etc.
No kettle or anything else to drink in the room, it would have been nice to be able to make myself a coffee ☕.

The staff were so friendly, the location is so friendly. The hotel is SO clean. This really surprised me for a budget hotel! Definitely worth the money
Check in was a little slow and seemed to be very old fashioned. The elevator makes a lot of scary noises which made me think of the 'Final Destination' movies

Very nice location — close to the station and the bus stop to the airport, and within walking distance of the city centre.
The noise from the street was very loud, but when I closed the windows, it helped reduce it a lot. There is no conditioner.

The staff were so cooperative and polite. Big thanks for all the staff. The location is very central and the hotel was super clean. I will be back to this hotel for sure.
No fridge and no cattle in the room, but when I asked for a cattle they gave me one.
