The location was not bad. Not so good either.
The elevator seemed dangerous and the building is pretty old. The Bahnhof area is not secure for solo travelers and this hotel is near to that area, late at night it makes you feel unsafe to walk alone in the street.

First off all the staff that was there when I came to check-in was rude, not very friendly, after checking, we wanted to bring our luggage to the room, this after the whole parking issue, which is another story. So I wanted to bring some of the stuff to the room and the girl at the reception instead of letting me know that the room is not ready in a polite way she yelled 'Hey where are you going, rooms not ready', that is not service, you don't talk with the cuatomers with 'Hey' that you can do at McDonald's, probably abetter suited job for her, I can't remember the girls name but ahe was young with glasses, she better take some customer service courses ofr find another job more auited for 'Hey...' at a farm would be more apropriate.

The room for single person and short stay is more than enough Kettle, fridge, safe box and room size is good The ticket to use for the public transportation is very nice

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I couldn’t have asked for more—thank you for a wonderful experience!
The room had a single bed, which might not suit everyone, but it was still very comfortable for me.

This is an ok place in a good location, pretty close to downtown Düsseldorf. Parking is in an underground garage just 2 doors down. Room was spartan but had everything. All in all, ok.
Staff were a bit curt but not unfriendly. There is no breakfast option at all.

The room was comfortable and size was fine for me being the only occupant. It was also spotless and had the facilities you would expect as well as a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. In addition the hotel provided a ticket for free travel on local public transport within the local region which was a lovely touch. Also we were only a few minutes walk from the underground.
There was no breakfast available which was a slight disappointment although staff were happy to point out local places to eat.

Room was too hot and k no air conditioning operation. No food available so if you bring your food they don’t allow to heat using microwave in the morning .
