Large room, clean, central location
Only expensive rooms and suites gain access to the pool. Standard double room only gets pool access if you pay 19€ per day. Extortionate practice imported from America that I have never encountered in Europe. Air-con in room was broken, had to sleep with window open on a mail road, otherwise the room temperature was 24C. WiFi was incredibly slow, 1-2 Mbs per second. Made streaming impossible.

the rooftop indoor pool was a hit and the cocktail bar at night was also very lively.
it was waaay too hot in the room and around the building. I knew this could be an issue but since we only stayed 1 night we just dealt with it.

Great bar, very comfortable bed, and a spacious, big room
– There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. – The towels and bathrobes looked very old and worn out. – The elevator situation was terrible: during peak hours it was almost impossible to go up or down, so we had to use the stairs instead. - There were small flies flying around the bar, and we later realized they were coming from the mulled wine at the entrance, which was covered with them. It looked quite unhygienic and made it uncomfortable—and even a bit scary—to drink.

SAs we stayed in a Junior Suite this time, access to the Sky Spa was included, allowing us to refresh ourselves in the sauna almost every day.
The facilities are severely outdated. The room we stayed in this time had no air conditioning. Even after contacting the front desk, no technician came. In the end, I had them bring two oil heaters to endure the cold. Additionally, for some reason, the lights couldn't be completely turned off. Turning one off caused the opposite light to turn on. Since no technician came for this issue either, it remained unresolved until the end.
