Very nice hotel, very nice rooms, very clean, convenient and central.
For the Value the rooms and the breakfast is too expensive. Staff is vers unfriendly. Local Parking is extremely expensive, it doesn’t belong to hotel however it is not acceptable that they reflect the full price to hotel guests. This is not a Steigenberger hotel!

Location perfect with underground parking on site. Although parking is more expensive than others nearby, it is worth the convenience.
We arrived earlier than 1500hrs to see if our room maybe available (we were 1.5 hrs early). Sadly not and was told to come back at 1500hrs. When we came back there was a huge queue of people and we were directed to use the self-service machine… that did not work, so had to then be guided to a manned desk to continue check in. It was very chaotic and time consuming. I am all for keeping up with technology… when it works. Perhaps ensure it works before rolling it out to customers.
