Very thin walls. Could hear the neighbors talk and a baby cry in the middle of the night. Water did not run off properly from sink. Parking was crazy that day and the 10€ parking option was not bookable online.

Excellent location within Dusseldorf train station just down the road.
Had room 221 location near the lift but you wouldn't know as no noise at all. Room size is great & little fridge if required.

Well decorated, clean and spacious room with all the essential amenities that you would need for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, approachable and helpful
There was only a coffee machine in the room, would have preferred a traditional kettle.
The rooms were exceptionally warm in the evenings even though we had the air con on at it's coolest setting. However the hotel staff was able to resolve that issue immediately by providing us with a fan which made it much more comfortable to sleep at nights.

We had a wonderful stay at the clayton hotel
Every employee we encountered was polite.
The room was lovely and the spa and pool were a very nice was to relax after a day of exploring the city.
I loved having japanese options at breakfast and there was even vegan bread toppings.
We are looking forward to staying here again

The Executive Suite was awesome, Staff were great and always happy to help, especially the Bar / Restaurant Staff.. Great Location. Would definitely stay here again..
Workers what sounded like drilling into Concrete at 7am - 8am most days was not ideal. Housekeeping didn't re-stock Coffee pods and water bottles, but i might need to ask for this.
