Nothing except the location and the bed.
1) Do not go to the self check-in counter as the key pairing does not work. I had to spend 30 mins to get my check in done.
2) The lifts have the silliest every system, you press the floor number you want to go to and then tab the card outside. It just did not work even once on the first attempt and I had to get my card re-issued 2 times.
3) The room did not have a kettle so I had to ask for it.
4) The phone in the room was completely blank so I did not know what to dial to reach the reception.
5) After I got the reception number from the reception, it worked only 1 time and after that it did not ring at the reception at all.
6) We were 3 adults in the room and despite informing reception that they need to add a glass, a mug, a towel and set up the extra bed, they did not manage to do it. I asked at the reception before going up to my room and I was told that she did not know and I had to go and check in the room, then reception number did not work from the room, I had to come down to inform and then my card did not let me back into the lift. Just a total mess.
