Location is superb.
The hotel didn't have their housekeeping team in order. Absurd, we had to wait 40 min for the room to be "ready", and when we arrived the ammendaties werent there. Had to ask for towels 3 times, the third time being us picking it up at reception. Rokm had a broken bath faucet and hair dryer. So sad to see a good hotel going down the drain. We got compensated with free drinks, but at what costs.

The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. The room was clean except the coffee tray which was dusty.
We were surprised to not find a complementary bottle of water. We were so thirsty because of the hot weather. The bins didn’t have garbage bags maybe it’s a new policy. The bath tap was broken and left in the bathroom.

Very Poor
When we arrived at the hotel, the room was in poor condition and there was no air conditioning. The receptionist treated us rudely and with no respect. Her hair was red, and it was obvious that she had personal issues specifically against people with black hair. I don’t believe she should be working in that place.

Excellent stay for my Weekend in Dusseldorf Germany. Hotel Staff was very helpful for my last-minute requests and the Breakfast is exceptional!
The ventilation in the bathroom did not work like it was supposed to.

this hotel is a very easy walk from Dusseldorf's main station. Nice reception area and bar. Very good size and comfortable room; it is clean and well maintained although the exterior looks a little dated. There was a fridge and coffee machine in the room which were both very handy. Perfectly adequate hanging space for clothes but surprisingly limited shelving. Didn't hear much from other guests.
they have a stupid automated checking-in machine with very poor instructions. In the end someone had to come over from the reception desk to help. When we tried to check out the machine couldn't cope so we had to do it manually which was very easy.

Nice property but clearly old
The air conditioning wasn’t working, way too hot in the rooms. Complained, got a replacement room that was fine and then relocated to a room with ac not working
