Lady at the reception was non cooperative. We asked if we could access the roof top to view the eclipse, but the lady was rude and asked for 10 euro each person just to access the 9th floor, which we thought was unacceptable . She said you cannot access that floor unless you pay which was totally ridiculous, since we had accidentally gone to the same floor, by the elevator twice the day before.

The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfy, although a little small. I loved the spa, but I wish it was included in the price I paid for the booking.
I thought the spa and pool were included in the price, considering it is not cheap. The staff were generally very nice and welcoming, except for one lady who got upset when I tried to explain that my card wasn't working. She changed my card and gave me also the spa card, which didn't work either. When I tried asking her for help, she got even angrier. Like, it's not my fault the cards you're giving me don't work, ma'am. Anyway, the rest of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

The customer service was exceptional.
It is overpriced. The executive suite was amazing but the deluxe room and pool are way too small for the price. Toilet is VERY low in deluxe room so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem.

The room was big and comfortable. The SPA facilities were very good (no jakuzzi), the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel location is in the city center.

Location was great. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, which made it easy to find a place for food.
In one of our rooms, there was an open shower, or at least it has a glass door so people could look through it. And to get to the toilet, we needed to walk by the shower, so it could get awkward if someone is taking a shower at that time.

The hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Online check-in was easy and convenient.
I specifically requested one double bed before arrival and received confirmation that my request had been noted. However, the room had two single beds pushed together instead of a real double bed. The beds kept separating during the night, leaving a gap in the middle, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. This was very disappointing and affected our stay.

It was nice,,, And there is a little bit maintenance. They are changing the AC, but I unfortunately our easy little bit hot. And they help us give us temporary AC. It was good from the Reception.

It was all okay.
We waited a long time at check-in because the online check-in feature did not work as expected for any of us. Additionally, the city tax was not included in the reservation price, which caused issues when processing the invoice for accounting purposes.

Wonderful
Good sized room, great location, nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool at the top floor. Many thanks to the helpful staff at the breakfast station, specially to Candy who assisted our family.
Some furniture were placed too close to the elevators on the floor where breakfast was served. So it was difficult to have to get on and off with the stroller.

The location is very good if you want to experience of the little Japan street. Because the hotel is located right in the middle of the street.
Overall interior and facillaties are dated and not very clean. Breakfast was interesting with the special japanese style but that doesn't have many option.
