Nice modern hotel, Good location for Little Tokyo and rail station. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Elevators took a bit to get used to, long waits and they were quite small. It was very hot in Dusseldorf and the air con wasn't cool enough. Hotel was a little far from Altstadt. Lots of channels with no signal on the TV, most of the English speaking channels seemed to be missing.

Comfortable and good shower.
No instructions on how to use coffee machine. Several of my group tried to work it unsuccessfully.
Plug in sink jammed and therefore couldn't drain it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The room had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. On the plus side the water was soft and good for my skin. The staff were professional and pleasant to talk to during check-in and checkout.
The parking at the hotel was expensive however they offered cheaper parking at an affiliated car park company a short walk from the hotel. Note that you are not guaranteed a space with this alternative parking option even if you book ahead. We spent 25 minutes driving around competing with other drivers for a free space. Another downside was the early closure of room service. On the night we stayed room service was supposed to be until 21:30 however when we tried to order at 21:10 we were told we could no longer order. Despite this we enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Room was very nice. Breakfast very good.
Swimming pool was not available for use on Thursday morning 29/5 despite me booking a room specifically for this purpose. Also the sonarium and the shower next to the sauna were out of use.

The rooms are nice and tidy. The location in little Tokyo is perfect
Their elevator system is annoying and inefficient. You often have to wait long. Why are there no stairs in this building? The pool was closed again, just like our previous stay. The price is too high for inconveniences like these to happen that often

The location was fab, so central and also as the entrance sat back off the road, it felt safe and secure. Our rooms were clean and well presented. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were absolutely fabulous. We used the spa during a rainy afternoon and it was great.
