Area, building, facilities like breakfast were all pretty nice and well kept
The building itself is very old and you can see it in the rooms. While I liked some of the old furniture, the doors felt inadequate, with large gaps below (almost big enough for someone to look into your room) and the door itself wasn't isolating noise very well.

They have replaced the old beds.
The TV sets are not up to modern standards anymore. I also wish there would be more power outlets. Ideally even USB outlets. An outlet tower on the desk would be ideal.

The location and building are beautiful. And the personnel very friendly.
I found the room a bit warm in the evening, and fresher throughout the night. I prefer a more consistent temperature, but this wasn’t a problem.

It is a very old nice building in a park - it was a closter int the past. Close to tram car so you can reach Dusseldorf easy. Breakfest is perfect but a little bit expensive.
