Location. Breakfast was good.
No air conditioning, fans, or anything to help during the hottest part of the year. Evenings were loud due to the nearby bierhaus. Staff was unwilling to process VAT exemption form or even try to understand how it worked. No in-and-out parking.

Wonderful
Great location in the city and room for the price! Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is really good and the breakfast room very hip and cozy. U-bahn station 1 block away, 10 min walk to the central train station and 20 min walk to old town. As a bonus, the Brewery Schumacher is directly across the street from the hotel and it is a very special and historic Brewery for Dusseldorf with great food to!
The shower glass-seal was mis-aligned and caused some bathroom flooding, but bathroom flooding is pretty normal in European hotels ;-)

The hotel is excellently located within walking distance to the main station but also to the city centre and some key attractions there. It is in an older building and refurbished. Wifi worked well and the room was well sized for a single bedroom.
A step up into the bathroom which one had to get used to.

Breakfast was plentiful. Room was a single, but very spacious and its close proximity to the co-working space I'd booked into helped. Staff were beyond thoughtful and I plan to stay there again.

Great location in the centre of town.
Nice and helpful staff.
Very good value.
No parking except for an expensive parking house nearby.
The breakfast was small and quite disappointing (at least if you come late).
A lot of hair in the bathroom, but apart from that clean.
If you are into tacky interior in black, silver and purple, you will love this place. :)

During my stay, I encountered problems with room comfort and equipment. The shower cabin was broken. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold because the radiators were turned off. I attempted to address this by switching on the heating, but upon returning from my daily activities, I discovered the staff had reset the heating to zero, leaving the room chilly again.
