Exceptional
An excellent small hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The triple room was spacious with all amenities (mini bar, coffee machine etc). Parking was very convenient and not expensive.
Everything was fine. Location is nice and quiet but you need either public transport or taxi to go to the center of Düsseldorf in ten minutes. Also the mattresses are a bit old but acceptable.

Very Good
Very small hotel with almost no services. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Short walk to train station and also to Dusseldord Hbf.
Although I enjoyed staying there, the hotel needs some renovation as it looks the same as in the 80's, I guess.
The are is quiet but there's nothing close (one Netto supermarket and one Bistro).

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are accommodating. They have candies available in case you‘d need sugar boost from your tiresome travel.
It a little far from the city center but not that bad. There is a bus stop a few meters down.
I‘m not sure if it was just a conincidence but some of the outlets were not working. Or if there were two sockets and both of you are charging, one would not function. But if you charge your phone individually or one at a time, then it works.

The hotel has decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and also provided a complimentary wine to help us celebrate. Very much appreciated. The location is good and walking distance less than 100m to tram stop which can take us to the famous shopping street, Königsallee.
If you drive, can park the paid private parking garage in the hotel premises. But you need to carry your luggage through a few steps to the reception area. Alternatively you can also temporary park in front of the hotel and put down the luggage at the reception first.

lovely spacious rooms, quiet location transport close .
reception finished at 7pm special tag on key to open outside door, transport free pass for your stay no longer available at this hotel, meant having to organise your own transport tickets.
