Location. Close to Parkrun and not too far from altstadt. Dog friendly. Secure parking
Wouldnt let us take our dog into breakfast even tho we were the only ones there. Breakfast was expensive

The front desk people were nice, and you had the feeling at one time it was a 4 star, but no longer. If you just need a place to hang your hat for an overnight, it may be ok. Very close to public transit.
The biggest problems were the noise, the lack of wifi, and paucity of the breakfast. There was too much noise to sleep. The "free" wifi, never was strong enough to allow a person to get on. It was not a 4 star hotel.

The room was clean, spatious, beds were so comfy. I felt safe as a solo traveler, it's located in a nice neigborhood. Very close to both tram and s-bahn stations. I'd definitely come again if I visit Dsseldorf in the future.
The fan in the bathroom was so loud for me to fall asleep, it didn't turn off for a long while at night even though the lights weren't on. Wifi was a little bit slow.

I stayed for two nights, and it felt like home. You have everything you may need: a teapot, a fridge, a safe, even a small rubber duck .

A wonderful "4-Star Hotel Gem" in Dsseldorf, which was a really pleasant surprise, and exceptional "Value for Money", comparing all the competitors on the respective platforms like Booking, Tripdavisor, Expedia, Trivago, HRS, and others portals!! Very friendly and efficient staff! Great breakfast Buffet! Nice and clean room!

The staff is supporting and very kind specially Ramoci, he help me to but my car for 1:30 hr without charging me.
The room so classy and comfort.
The first two days I have problem with WiFi but later on they fix it.
