Wonderful
Best things was the room. You have everything in the room. It was classic and I really like this vintage-style. The bed was ultimate premium. One of the best bed and pillow I ever have sleep. Also location was very good and I like it very much.
Coming in to hotel after 19.00 when reception is close was easy and tricky in same time. Calling phonenumber is easy but not very convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We didn’t like anything about the property, especially the people working there. Oh sorrr, there was a lovely girl working at the reception. That’s the only thing we liked about hotel
The fact that they harassed my visitors whom I book this booking for instead of contacting me even though they have my name my address my telephone number my email they kept harassing my workers would stay in the hotel to pay for the full cost even though it looked like it was already paid. So I called this hotel to find out if this money is paid or not, and I went there specifically to pay it myself. And the manager who was talking to me on the phone was telling me whether I come to the reception and pay this money are they gonna call the cops on me which was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced in a Booking. I specifically went there to see this man and who is this person that can threaten me by calling me the cops for when I’m trying to call Booking and do the right thing, I went there and this man was wreaking of alcohol his whole mouth every word he used was full of smelling of alcohol. I called Booking two times telling about this man we using alcohol on work. I confronted him about it and I told him that he smells like alcohol and he is the one who should be called the cops for. I have told Booking customer service that this mess smells of alcohol and he’s going around and threatening customers so this doesn’t really represent a good hotel that Booking should be providing for its clients. Whether I’m spend millions in Booking.com or if im just a small Booking account owner and nobody can treat anyone like this and be using alcohol while working. This was the most ridiculous experience I had ever encountered anybody who needs to stay in a good hotel stay away from this place.

An excellent small hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The triple room was spacious with all amenities (mini bar, coffee machine etc). Parking was very convenient and not expensive.
Everything was fine. Location is nice and quiet but you need either public transport or taxi to go to the center of Düsseldorf in ten minutes. Also the mattresses are a bit old but acceptable.
