Wonderful
The location & access is wheel chair friendly so it's easier for me to walk my big luggage. The room interior is very good too!
The breakfast variation are the same everyday except some pastries is boring for long stay. I stay for 5 night.

The staff elevator was just beside my room and in the first night it started operation already at 4 am… a bit difficult to sleep as that elevator is noisy.

The receiving staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was excellent and exceeded my expectations
The late check-in (15h ) is not very good for people travelling. You are on a long haul flight, finally arrive at destination and cannot even freshen up. It should be possible to enter the room way earlier, since check-out is at 12h.

Nice hotel in a good location. The air conditioning was good for +26 C, so it was cooling well. The hot water pressure in the shower was also good. All in all, a comfortable hotel.
The mattress was very saggy and bumpy, so I couldn't sleep on it. We asked to fix that, but nothing was done. All the rest was good in the hotel, but having a good sleep is a deal-breaker for me :(

Room size good by European standards. Staff friendly. Cake at the breakfast tasty. Shower pressure good. Slippers provided when asked the staff at the front desk. Complimentary water provided. Price and value good though not that central.
The curtains in the first room cannot completely block the light from outside when seeing from the bed, but offered to changed the room, which I accepted. The variety of breakfast is not enough, especially hot items. No carpeting in the second room (but the first room has, which is a little bit odd). Soundproof not good, got waken up by the noise from upstairs. The pillows a little bit too soft, not providing good support.
