Great location for business travellers that visit the Messe. Shortcut allow fast access to line 78 & 79.
Clean quiet hotel with c;lose reastaurants, bars and city service facilities that save the need of going to the Aldstaat. Going downtown is also very easy. Breakfast is very good with fresh products and large variety, was served as from 06:30. 40m to a basic supermarket and relatively good and also good availability of taxi service next to the hotel door.
Expensive during large exhibitions. Eventhough, due to the general benefits and convinience quite sure that I will book it again.
No active restaurants or bar inside the hotel. But these facilities are available 50m away in the street so it's not a real factor to reject the Indigo.

The location & access is wheel chair friendly so it's easier for me to walk my big luggage. The room interior is very good too!
The breakfast variation are the same everyday except some pastries is boring for long stay. I stay for 5 night.

Room size good by European standards. Staff friendly. Cake at the breakfast tasty. Shower pressure good. Slippers provided when asked the staff at the front desk. Complimentary water provided. Price and value good though not that central.
The curtains in the first room cannot completely block the light from outside when seeing from the bed, but offered to changed the room, which I accepted. The variety of breakfast is not enough, especially hot items. No carpeting in the second room (but the first room has, which is a little bit odd). Soundproof not good, got waken up by the noise from upstairs. The pillows a little bit too soft, not providing good support.

After staying at this hotel many times over the past years, I arrived a couple of hours early prior to check in as my flight and transfer were quick, the response upon asking if the room was ready was I could pay an additional hourly charge to check in which I found was different to what I had experienced

The location of the hotel is very good, there are both metro and tram stops very close by. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The rooms are bright and spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast variety was very good.
The carpet under the bed is difficult to clean and collects dust.
