Very convenient and central location. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable stay.
It's a little tricky to operate the switches for the blinds. It would have been better if there was a microwave oven.

Surprisingly this is one of the best hotels in Dusseldorf
Khalil checked me in and he was SUPER nice
He offered me coffee and we sat outside for a quick chat
He made my stay comfortable.
The room is big, and clean. The balcony in the room was a huge plus for a morning coffee.
Location is in the center and i walked everywhere
I would recommend everywhere to stay at this beautiful hotel

Really beautiful and clean room. Balcony was nice with a good view, it had afternoon and evening sun. Staff was nice and helpful.
There was no cozy lighting and roaster.

Room was very big and clean.
But.. If you haven’t the door key, you must wait in front of the door.. There is nobody in the reception and doors are lock. And when we said that it is a very bad situation for us and other customers, one of the staff said us that ‘you can call me for example’. However we waited both are on check in time and leave our luggage we wrote to them and rang the door lots of time. They were late everytime. We don’t have to wait them, they should be there…

The room was big and it even had a balcony. It was clean and well maintained. At night it was quiet too which was great! The staff was really friendly and ready to help.
It was close to nice restaurants and shops and we found it easy to walk to the riverside.
