Property had good location.
Rooms not as pictured on Booking.com Construction work being carried out with noisy drilling interrupting sleep. This also meant we had no hot water for most of our stay. Also believe the staff could be friendlier.

Well I had no electricity in my room for a full day and then on the morning I was leaving they had no hot water in my room either. Building work going on around my room aswell. No offer of some refund either. Won't be staying there again!
