Location close to main train station, tram and u-bahn. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Windows can open for fresh air though it is quite noisy with open windows. Warm towel rail in bathroom was great.
No facility for coffee or tea in the room. Shower is over the bath so little uncomfortable, but water pressure was good and warm water not a problem.

Great location, walkable from train station, lovely bar and lobby area, super friendly staff, lots of restaurants nearby, definitely recommend little Tokyo area

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The self check-in process was smooth and very convenient. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to Königsallee and near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
The bathroom was quite small.

Clean, cozy, perfectly warm (we could actually adjust the heater, which was amazing!).
We had an issue with the lights, but it was sorted out the soonest we informed the reception. So, maybe the fact that lights had not been verified before check-in.
