No concierge, tiny room, poor wc facilities, no guest control (large group playing loud music on a portable speaker on bench at front of hotel) nothing like the pictures other than the lobby, no service elevator, 1 elevator shared by all, overpriced, unwelcoming, twin room was not a twin at all, no water available for guests other than tap - 35c heat. Stained towels, virtually no staff

It was central and good value for money.
The room was so dark and the mirrors everywhere in the room were very off putting. I would not stay again.
