Hotel was amazing, staff were super friendly. I booked with breakfast and the breakfast was very nice - mostly cold meats and some sausages and eggs. Bed was comfy, and overall the room was very clean and perfect for a short stay
The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the stay and were very kind.
Check in and out was super easy and completely self service.
The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience more than anything was that it is close to a busy road and tram line. This meant throughout the night there was a lot of road noise. My room was on the first floor so unfortunately even with the windows closed you could still hear traffic etc - however this didn't prevent me from sleeping thankfully but might for someone who is a light sleeper. My friend who was on the 5th floor had no traffic noise when they had their window closed so something to consider!

The room was stylish and I loved having a fridge. The bed was comfy, as were the pillows. I love having a separate blanket to my partner and the aircon was great
The laundry service wasn't available, nor was there a kettle in the room. The smart television couldn't be used as it didn't connect to the internet, so there was no point having a tv as someone who doesn't speak German. Awoken pre 12pm with construction work happening in the hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel AMANO. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had requested an iron before my arrival, and it was already there exactly as requested when I got to the hotel, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!

Great hotel in an excellent location very convenient for shops, restaurants & railway/tram station. Excellent staff who went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible honestly could not fault them or any aspect of our stay there. Thank you very much & we will be definitely return in the future.

Please stop the online check in .digital key. Checkin in on unit on lobby. What should be 3 minute job is now 15 minutes on line and 10 minutes waste of time in lobby.

Amazing welcome and staff all really friendly and helpful. Very unusual decor - lovely size room and extremely comfortable bed
Only one very small complaint was very busy and noisy outside our room as needed window open as extremely hot weather. When window was shut no noise.
