The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable.. And great location.
There was no complimentary slippers , dental kit. and there was a little stains in the bathroom that looks dirty.

I loves the whole concept of the hotel! Great size of the room, super clean and comfy! The check in and out online is great also having the room key on your phone is super!

The location was great, staff was helpful and kind, the room was large enough, has a bar and a patio where you can enjoy drinks, wifi works great.
There was housekeeping service until past 5 pm the next day so we had to refuse it when they arrived cause it would not make sense anymore. The room had a damp smell and was a bit dark but you can open the window so was not a big issue.

There are only two good things about this hotel: personnel (they helped my very fast to solve the issue with my stuff I forgot in the room) and the location which is really very close to all the central things and dining options
The room was not appropriate for 4* hotel at all. All the furniture and walls had issues, was dirty, in the bathroom there were hairs of the previous guests. So overall it looked like a cheap hostel

The hotel is very conveniently placed, walking distance to many spots, various cafes and restaurants and shops around. Staff was quite friendly.
There were multiple issues with our stay. First - asked for rooms nearby, did not happen. Second - asked for quiet rooms - so one was next to elevator and other facing the busy street. The room was tiny, with old bathroom, scratched walls. Floor in my room was uneven, so bed was inclined and it led to bad sleep. The bed was not very comfortable. There were no reading lights by bed, no second bedside table (zero room). And there was a construction happening the whole day in the very nextdoor room. We were there for BSB show, so the prices were high. What we paid for the stay was definitely not worth it and I would never stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just a 5-minute walk from the metro station (Oststraße), around a 15-minute walk from Königsallee, the Old Town, and the Rhine. The Little Tokyo area is also only about 5 minutes away on foot.
Overall, the hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the main streets and attractions, while the main train and bus station is approximately a 15-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs in the surrounding area, so you are never short of options.
As for the hotel itself and the staff, we have only positive things to say. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and the staff kindly upgraded our room and gave us a very spacious room with a view of the main road. They were also extremely helpful with recommendations and information about sightseeing and getting around the city.
We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Close tu the train station (10 min walk), and old town (15-20 min). Easy check in and check out.
Breakfast not included in the standard room but you can find café near the hotel.
The pillow and mattress were too soft for me, but that is a personal opinion. The room was very hot when we arrived, but turning off the thermostat and opening the window helped.
