Amazing welcome and staff all really friendly and helpful. Very unusual decor - lovely size room and extremely comfortable bed
Only one very small complaint was very busy and noisy outside our room as needed window open as extremely hot weather. When window was shut no noise.

The hotel was ideally located within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the late night conversations and cocktails with Luca.

Friendly staff willing to help with any issues
The location and musty basement smell which triggers mold and mildew growth on porous surfaces like concrete. The basement area where the laundry room was located needs some remodeling

Wonderful
The staff were wonderful - really friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the toiletries provided. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.
The air con wasn't brilliant and the weather was really hot when we were there. There's a mini fridge which is great but it gives off a very bright light so the room isn't ever completely dark when you're trying to sleep.

Excellent room, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Room was comfortable, AC worked, Supermarket closeby, easy check-in/out
We booked the room because it said it had a bath, we came to the room and there was no bath. We asked the staff if we could change to a room with a bath and they said it was not possible and that if we wanted a bath we shouldve asked for it in advance. But the booking page said there was a bath, it was listed in the facilities and there were pictures of the room with a bathtub in the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Very well equipped rooms with plenty of storage. Comfy beds. Clean. Air conditioning. Central location with lots of restaurants nearby. Pleasant bar & lounge area & small courtyard.
No hotel parking and quite a walk to a car park.

Very good location, self check in so no waiting. The staff was however super helpful, funny and polite. Very roomy and high ceiling rooms that had everything we needed.

Your staff are ALL fabulous. Public areas are lovely and nice to have relaxing spaces to return back to after a day in the city. Room was a good size and option to go green was good. Room facilities good.
Had an issue with some appliances but this was solved quickly.
The room was very hot and the air conditioning was not great. Road noise made it difficult to keep windows open overnight. Bathroom could do with an update.
Pillows too big!
