The location was good. You could reach to Schadowstraße with 10 mins of walking
There were 2 little bugs in the room. The stuff was mainly kind and helpful, except for the lady with glasses. When i had to talk to her a few times, her behaviour was not kind

Does not have parking … which of course I was aware … but the closest 200 m away costs 25 euro per day … which I think is beyond expensive……..

The exceptionally warm welcome from the reception team.
We were even given an unplanned upgrade to an apartment with an amazing view of the cathedral.
It made our stay feel especially memorable.

Easy cheak in, friendly and supportive staff, even helped with a last minute change of rooms as I booked incorrectly... Nice decor, cosy cafeteria area, great central location and lovely big clean room. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend!!

Staff were super friendly, room was a good size and comfortable, shower was spacious and strong, toilets in the reception area were well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good quality and choice. Location was ideal for us, 15 minutes walk from the city centre in a quiet location. Great value for the money, why pay more for a poorer experience in the centre of the city?
The safe in the room didn't work but we couldn't be bothered to get them to fix it, which I'm sure they would have. There's no view to speak of if that is something which is important to you.

Terrible hotel and owners. Room had faulty A/C unit that made noise all night - even when turned off. Reported after no sleep at 3am. No staff at all in hotel overnight, therefore could not ask for help during the night had to call an emergency number left on reception! Requested partial refund due to issue - this was totally denied. Also shower riser was broken and hanging off wall, shower door was broken - all reported. Reception staff not able to help as 'had to speak to owners' who were on holiday.
Also listing clearly states that guests can use their underground car park. Only at the very bottom in the small print specs does it state that there is in fact a 25 euro per day charge. The car park is not even theirs, its a whole block up the street.

Location is good, hotel itself is fine. Can recommend. Staff friendly and easy to access.
Fine room but a little bit dated. Dented and not cleanly painted walls, bathroom bit dated as well.
Unfortunately someone aggressively banged on a door somewhere in the building at 04:00am for 5 minutes.
But that hopefully was just an incident.
